I needed to get new brakes and was having trouble finding time to get it in a shop between driving to work and running kids around in the evenings. I came across NuBrakes in a Google search and was skeptical about service and pricing until I read through the reviews. I really liked their text messaging appointment system; staff were very responsive and quickly helped me update an error I made with the location on a weekend. My tech Lee communicated well, very polite and professional, arrived on time, and finished the service quickly, all while I relaxed on my couch. He even shared some observations he had made for other repairs I needed to be aware of and discovered that although I thought it was the front brakes that needed to be replaced, it was actually the rear brakes and he had been proactive enough to bring both sets just in case! The price was very reasonable and there were many payment options as well. I’ll definitely use them again for my next brake job.

Wow! NuBrakes is amazing. They are fast, efficient and very kind. Brian snd Joseph were fantastic from intake to completion. Very fair pricing, easy at home repair. Joseph arrived, diagnosed and completed brake repairs in less than an hour. I highly recommend NuBrakes and will definitely use them again.

What a great service! I had a wonderful Technician, Joseph who did a fantastic job. He called when he was on his way, got vehicle brakes completely restored to perfection and was on his way to next patron within 90 minutes! Definitely recommend and will use again. A+

First time trying out NuBrakes and boy was it worth it! First of all, they gave me a 15% discount for being a first time customer knocking down almost $80 off my balance! Joseph was a very helpful and fast technician. He educated me that I also needed another battery since I mentioned to him that my car didn’t want to start and he went above and beyond and jumped started my car so I can go and buy another battery!

Wow, what can I say about NuBrakes? They did an excellent job! The technician was very professional. We scheduled a service window between 12 noon and 5 PM, and everything was communicated clearly. He arrived around 1 PM and finished in about 30 to 35 minutes. He worked on the front brakes and educated me on what was going on with them. I took pictures, and I could tell he really knows his stuff. He even noticed an issue with my muffler, which I hadn’t been aware of, so now I’m going to get that checked out. I would highly recommend NuBrakes. They’ve been around since 2019, he said. Plus, they’re bonded, the service comes with a warranty, and they gave me a discount!
