This review is long overdue! Last year, I purchased a 2026 Tesla and wanted to turn it into something unique rather than just another car on the road. From start to finish, this shop helped bring that vision to life, and the results exceeded my expectations. Taylor, the owner, is professional, honest, and clearly takes immense pride in both the quality of his work and the reputation of his business. Throughout the entire process, I was treated with a level of fairness, respect, and transparency that I have rarely experienced in any body shop and I've owned and modified many vehicles over the years. I never felt like just another customer. Even though I'm just an average person and not driving a six-figure exotic, I was treated like my business truly mattered. I also want to recognize Juan, my service advisor, who was incredibly professional, communicative, and genuinely gracious throughout the process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the experience stress-free. It's rare to find a shop with this level of integrity, craftsmanship, and customer service. I had an amazing experience with Changes Collision. Came in to get my taillights replaced after they were stolen. Taylor and his team kept me updated throughout the whole process and made everything go super smooth. Definitely going to be coming back for all of my car needs.

Amazing work done on my 4Runner after an accident. The repairs brought my truck back better than new! Communication and support through the whole process was top notch. Taylor and Juan were great to work with! Everything was super easy and seamless going through insurance claims and car rental. Couldn’t have been more at ease knowing my truck was in good hands. Highly recommend! I will definitely be going back for any future repairs or upgrades.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! The team was beyond patient, taking the time to explain every step of the repair process. I was hit in the front so my sensors were damaged, car was leaking & smoking, the mechanics on the inside were failing, & my front camera was done for. I’m so glad I went with them! Parts for a newer model are currently difficult to source, and they were completely transparent about timelines and went above and beyond to track everything down quickly. I was kept updated throughout the entire process, and the car was back to me looking brand new. The color match was PERFECT! 10/10 service!

I recently had my Volvo XC60 wrapped at Changes Customs, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The team transformed my car with a gorgeous satin white wrap and left just the right amount of the original black and chrome detailing to create a stunning, classy two-tone look. It completely elevated the style of my vehicle. Taylor and his team were incredibly communicative from start to finish, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality. The application is absolutely flawless. I went into the shop pretty indecisive initially, but Taylor took the time to walk me through options and helped me choose a design that perfectly complements the body style while still looking timeless. Big shoutout to Taylor, Chase and Juan for getting the job done (and done well)! I’m beyond thrilled with the final result and will absolutely be referring all my friends here. Highly highly recommend!
