Absolute joke of a body shop. Zero quality control. Recieved car week after deadline. Before I could drive off I noticed my fog lights didn't work. They got them fixed, got home to inspect work and saw they forgot to put a part back on the bumper, so I go back for the first time for them to reinstall the part. They never properly adjusted my headlights. I decided it would be easier to just do it myself. Second time was when I noticed terrible paintwork on the hood. Giant pools of clear coat and overspray on my trim. Their solution was to buff it down to the black basecoat. Third time was for them to respray the hood, got rental van for two days. For some reason they took it upon themselves to wash my engine bay, damaging the insulation pad under the hood and who knows what else. They then used my insurance to pay for that damage caused by thier shop two months after the accident claiming it was damage from the accident. Forth time was to pick up new insulation pad. At this point I no longer trusted them or wanted them to work on my car any more than necessary. Fifth and sixth time was for orange peel on the fender, they still haven't removed it all. I had a great experience with this body shop. They repaired my Mercedes and did an excellent job. They kept me updated through the entire process and the quality of the work was top notch. My car looks like nothing ever happened. I appreciate the attention to detail and would recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever Had dealing with a body shop or mechanic shop when it comes to my vehicle Repairs. My service advisor Mike Sullivan went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed every step of the way he was in constant communication with me and got the job done So quickly, I Nervous that I did not have a vehicle. lol When This incident Initially occurred my husband and I were stranded in Houston, Texas Because when it flooded back in the beginning of March. We’re on our way home from Houston when I suffered a seizure and my husband pulled over To assist me yet little do we know that we were in a place that’s built to capture rainwater to prevent flooding are m other areas of Houston.. After assuring that I was OK my husband went to turn the truck around and we literally fell into a huge hole Of mud not even Aaa could get this out. After two different Aaa time equals crime to help us, We decided to go into the woods and rest because we had been up all night trying to get our truck out of the mud hole When we came back after taking a short nap in the woods, our truck was gone. Had an amazing experience with San Antonio Collision Center. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish — everyone was friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the whole process. Elias especially helped us through everything, kept us updated, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the repair work was incredible, the paint match came out perfect, and my vehicle honestly looks brand new again. You would never even know it had damage before. Really appreciate the attention to detail and care they put into their work. Highly recommend!

Within 3 days of purchasing my Toyota Rav4 someone rearended me while stopped. I found SACC through Toyota and just so happen my insurance company uses them as well. I am overly pleased with the service I recieved. From the receptionist to the auto body technicians everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Matthew Garcia took care of me and my SUV. He made sure I knew what was going on at each step of the process. I was sent pictures of the assessed damage, wasn't expecting that. I want to thank everyone at SACC for their awsome work and professionalism. I will most definitely use them again and again.
