I been going to this place and I always ask to check my transmission because I knew something was wrong with it and they told that the car shaking and the jerking was normal because my car is old and it not even old. I would never come to place again because now they tell me my transmission is messed up when I could have got fix way earlier before my car broke down.

I brought my car in for an alignment. My CR-V already had camber bolts installed, but the tech didn’t even bother adjusting them. The job was rushed, incomplete, and I was still charged for a full service. When I checked later, camber was untouched — exactly what so many of the other reviews here complain about. This shop clearly has a pattern of cutting corners on alignments. If you value your tires, your suspension, or your money, take your car literally anywhere else. Save yourself the headache — these guys will waste your time and your cash.

Had a tire going flat going down the Interstate. Stopped in and asked if they could check my tire. John said "sure I will do it right now". 15 minutes later he had found the nail , fixed the tire and had me back on the road. Thank you so much. You guys saved my day. And super reasonable price. 5 stars all day long.

Used to come here a lot. They have good service but my last 3 visits, they keep doing the same thing... which isn't good for your returning customers. I call in to see how much they charge for certain service, and after I go in and get it done... the boss is the one charging me some unreasonable price. That's how they get you to go in over the phone. Some other guy gives you a "quote" that is a great deal. But when in person, the guy who you didn't talk with charges you double or even more... My experience: Over the phone prices replace a stud - $20 If I bring my own stud - $15 Change tire - $10(if I recycle my old tire) In person charge Replaced stud(brought in my own stud) -$30 Changed my tire(that I brought in myself) -$20 I'm never going back! Even Walmart don't rob you like this.
