If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I had water damage in the guest bath behind the wall. My plumbing company recommended two companies to provide an estimate for repairs to submit to my insurance company. The first company sent two guys out that set up two fans per their bosses instructions but didn't know why they were doing it. That was the 1st red flag. There were others but what ended it for me is that the owner of that company checked for water damage under the tile by tapping a flashlight on it and listening for a hollow sound. I told him I needed actual scientific documentation to submit and he waived me off. I then called CRS and spoke to a lovely, knowledgeable and competent woman. (I found out later she and her husband are the owners.) She listened to my concerns and had her husband come out instead of one of his workers so that he could check things himself. Not only did he talk to me about what had been done correctly and not by the other company, he checked for water damage under the floor and behind the wall of the bathroom using a meter. The crews from CRS have been fantastic. Everyone - Tom, Jim, Reese, Mario and all the technicians have been professional and handled our water damage in an expedient manner. We are very happy with their responsiveness and how they addressed all the issues. I highly recommend them for any cleaning and restoration neeeds.

When a sewer pipe leaked in my home, I knew I needed mitigation done. I interviewed three different companies and Cleaning and Restoration Specialists were top notch and a very easy pick to go with. I can’t thank Yolanda, Tom, and every single person I interacted with on this team. Reese, Jim, Mario…I could go on and on when I say every single member took care of me truly like I was family. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else and will continue to sing their praises whenever someone needs their services!

I just wanted to share that Tom and his company have been a god send during the process of my water leak. They got over here extremely quickly. Mario and his team was meticulous. They had plastic walls erected along with an air filter to keep my house safe. They cleaned the floors every single day when they left. I am blown away with how professional / efficient this company is. Thank you so much again for everything you have done for me.
