Service was excellent. My AC unit went down in 100 degree weather. Service first air, where very professional and came out within hours and fixed my AC unit. Joseph, was very professional and very helpful. He explained the issue and walked me through everything he did. I can’t thank Joseph and service first air enough. They were excellent and very professional in all aspects. Very happy with the service.

I can't say enough great things about Joseph from Service First Air Conditioning. After a storm, our AC went out, and it was an emergency situation. I called three other AC companies, and none of them were able to come out that night. Service First Air Conditioning answered the call and had Joseph at our home around 10:00 p.m. The part needed wasn't on his truck, but instead of making us wait until the next day, Joseph drove across town to pick it up, came back, and installed it that same night. Joseph was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely cared about helping us. My son has a medical condition that requires his temperature to be closely monitored, so getting our AC working again that night meant more to our family than I can express. I highly recommend Joseph and Service First Air Conditioning to anyone needing honest, dependable AC service. I will gladly refer this company to anyone who has air conditioning issues.
