Convoy Auto Repair has made multiple repairs on my Ford Explorer. I trust them fully! They are professional, fairly priced, and do incredible work that is guaranteed. They always have my vehicle back to me as soon as possible, I’m always aware of the cost and status of my repair with them. It’s so hard to find a legit mechanic- I wont go anywhere else !!

Today was my first experience and it was fantastic. My car is great. They went out of their way to help me get to and from my house. They were easy to work with and made sure I could see and understand what needed to be done and why. We will definitely be returning customers.

I admittedly have PTSD when it comes to taking my car in for assessment and repair. Being a senior woman I have always felt I would get ripped off or they would sell me a service I don't need. I came across Convoy Auto on a review site with high ratings so I decided to give it a try. I needed to have the air conditioning fixed on my Mercedes E550 and after 2 attempts with another shop with no success I decided to try Convoy. Roman was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained their entire process and set realistic expectations for me. I needed other maintenance done as well. I left my car overnight so they could properly diagnose the problem. But, I needed the car back mid day the next day. They fixed my AC problem, did all the maintenance required and it was done by the time I asked. Roman even helped me with a device I needed to maintain the battery as my car often sits for long periods of time. He showed me how to hook it up and sent me the Amazon link for it. I got in my car and it was so cold I thought I was in Iceland. Finally a reputable auto repair shop I could trust! Very pleased and will definitely go back when needed. Great Service & Phenomenal Team! I recently took my Subaru in for a major mechanical repair, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire team at Convoy Auto Repair was professional, efficient, and incredibly timely. A special shoutout to Roman, who helped me through the entire process. He was fantastic to work with—highly communicative, transparent, and kept me updated every step of the way, which really took the stress out of a big repair. They truly went above and beyond, even returning my vehicle to me fully washed! I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle back here for any future service needs. Highly recommend Roman and the rest of the crew!

Fantastic experience! I went in thinking I had blown a front strut when I hit a deep washboard rut. After carefully reviewing my concerns it was determined no damage was done, but a 4-wheel alignment was recommended (and completed). Communication throughout was superb. I cannot image a better experience! I shall return in the future!
