My dissatisfaction with my recent oil change service. Despite confirming a $40 coupon over the phone and providing my vehicle's make and year, I was charged $88 upon arrival. The technician claimed my car required different oil and filters than those covered by the promotion, contradicting the information provided during booking. Additionally, the service took two hours and included an undisclosed 3% credit card surcharge. Due to this bait-and-switch pricing and poor efficiency, I will not be returning to this place.

They wanted to charge me $40 to take a screw out of my tire maybe I was the wrong color or I didn't fit there mold as a human being maybe I don't know what their problem was. $40 so I went down the street city of Orange Big o tires on katella and the 55 they didn't charge me anything to check it out

Great service by the technicians at this shop. Steve was a great help getting our company bus back on the road with a replacement tire after a side wall puncture. Quick to get the job done in and out within an hour.

I had a tire air leakage and I wanted to see if they could patch it up for me and they said that your tires are absolutely done for and that I need to get new tires and that they will not be able to operate to patch it up and he said that it would cost a lot of money. Then I called another place called American tire Depot and they were able to not only patch it up for free but they said that my tires were absolutely fine. They said that they were good tires and I was about to get scammed so I recommend you guys not to go to this location. They’re very shady people and they absolutely do not wanna help you. All they want is your money

Before our 6 hour trip back to Phoenix, we had a low pressure error, so we called up this place to get a price and time estimate. Both were 100% accurate. The man on the phone was very friendly, helpful, and seem to have our best interest in mind! They located the nail in our tire, and patched it up, all in 30 minutes and for only $25. Super friendly, very fast, and great prices, would totally recommend! (:
