Thank you very much to Douglas the andvaior and his tech over at Firestone. Quick and great service was in and out in less than 45 mins for a tire patch unfortunately it was not patchable but still did there best to help me out with getting me home. Definitely will be coming back especially since it’s so close to me. Thanks again!

I came in for a wheel alignment, for which I was charged $140, and I was offered an additional diagnostic service for $20. The technician who initially assisted me was very friendly and explained that the repairs needed would cost around $3,000. I told him that amount was far beyond my budget, and he agreed to simply perform the alignment and the diagnostic inspection. He also called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready, and I proceeded to pick it up. When I arrived to collect my car, I was met by a short employee of Mexican descent who was extremely rude and disrespectful. He made me feel so uncomfortable that his coworker, Fadi, had to step in and help explain everything to me in a calm and respectful manner. Unlike this employee, Fadi was exceptionally courteous, patient, empathetic, and professional when explaining the repair costs and the payment options available to me. He informed me about a financing plan of up to six months if I applied for the company’s credit card, and he made my experience significantly better. I understand that people can have bad days, but that is not an acceptable way to treat a customer who is about to pay for a service. My experience was

I went to Firestone for a simple oil change, and they told me I needed new tires. I decided to buy the tires online and selected this same Firestone location for installation. As soon as they realized I didn’t purchase the tires directly from them, their attitude completely changed and The customer service became very poor. The employee acted confused like he had never seen an online tire order before, and claimed he couldn’t find anything in the system. He even tried to charge me again, despite the fact that I had already paid online. I had to explain it multiple times, which was frustrating and unprofessional… The Next day after the service, my ABS light and multiple warning signals related to the tires came on. I reported the issue to Firestone corporate and opened a case. The branch manager later contacted me when I went there he was unhelpful and he focused on defending his incompetent staff instead of helping and trying to fix the issue … It was clear to me that he was aware of the poor service but chose to protect his team instead of taking responsibility. So a burnt smell was coming from my car, and I took it to the mechanic. The mechanic said to me that the oil filter needed to be changed. I was surprised because I just did the oil change. Well to my surprise the filter was never changed and the oil that was used was one of the cheapest one from what he told me. He recommended it to NOT take it back where I got my oil changed but it would be up to me. I paid $160 for an oil change. Was it worth it no. Do not bring your car here for any reason.
