Lovely shop and staff to go with it. I had a tire pressure leak in my rear left tire of my car, and I needed Crown City Tire to take care of it. Their website allowed me to schedule an appointment, and they also offered a shuttle to and from the shop. I left the car with them as I wasn't in a rush, and they were able to run a tire pressure test. I got a complete check on the tire and they patched it up for a very reasonable fee. They even have a jar at the front desk with all the nails that they pull out from tires. So you know they know how to handle these kind of issues. The service was great. No complaints whatsoever, and I'll definitely be going back for anything I need with tires!

This was my first visit to Crown City on Foothill, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, and, most importantly, honest. Their communication was outstanding. They texted me photos showing what needed to be repaired, what might need attention in the future, and what could safely wait. I really appreciated their honesty and that they never tried to sell me services I didn't need. It's hard to find an auto repair shop you can trust, and I definitely found one. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Huge shoutout to Crown City Tire — genuinely one of the best service experiences I’ve had. After a frustrating week with a dealership that couldn’t diagnose a steering vibration, I brought my 2022 Ioniq 5 here—and they figured it out in about 15 minutes. No guesswork, no vague explanations—just real diagnostics and actual expertise. They took the time to walk me through what they were checking, explained the issue clearly, and backed it up with proper equipment and process (balancing, runout checks, etc.). It was immediately obvious these guys know what they’re doing. What really stood out was the honesty. No upsell, no inflated recommendations—just exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. The pricing was fair, transparent, and significantly better than what I was previously quoted elsewhere. Beyond that, the team was just incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about getting it right. If you want people who will actually diagnose and fix your car, not just throw guesses at it—this is the place. I won’t be going anywhere else.

This is the second time I’ve used Crown City Tire, and both experiences have been absolutely lovely! The team is prompt, communicative, and kind. I interacted with Kate and Randy the most, and they are incredible at customer service! I was so impressed at the way they were able to explain what was wrong with my car in a way that was easy for me, who knows absolutely nothing about cars, to understand. I am also always impressed by the attention to detail and the care put into my vehicle. It’s always unfortunate to have issues with your car, but this whole team made the experience of fixing it absolutely amazing. I highly recommend crown city tire!

I have 2024 Volvo SUV with had 2 flat tires. I was stranded because my SUV doesn’t have a spare tire! I called Crown City Tire. They Immediately help me. They are such nice people. I was happy they recommended Run-Flat tires so I won’t be stranded again. They told me that I would be able to drive at least 50 miles with a Run-Flat tire. They told me of the disadvantages so I can make a proper decision. I like the transparency. They balanced the tires and aligned my car. I love the way they treated me. I felt save with them especially since I’m a mid age widow. Safety and peace of mind are very important. Thank you Marvin! He’s the Manager of the Foothill location. He the staff are so nice.
