I was treated so special. They helped me make the best decision for my tires. They were in bad shape. I didn’t want to replace them but I learned the importance of it for long term reasons. I don’t necessarily like to have problems with my car so I need to do the best for it.

I am very satisfied, as I showed up without an appointment too have a tire repaired, they squeezed me in and fixed my tire and I was on my way. Everyone was very considerate and professional. Their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Crown City.

Their fair with thier pricing and they dont try to upsell you on stuff you dont need which I really appreciate. I came in for an oil change and they noticed my tires were getting worn but just said to keep an eye on them instead of pushing for a replacement right then. The mechanic even showed me what they were talking about and gave me a rough idea of when I should come back wich was helpful. Ive been to other shops that feel like a hassle but this place was straightfoward and easy. I'll definately take my car back there.

I cannot recommend Crown City Tire in Pasadena enough! They have officially earned a life-long customer after my recent service appointments. They accommodated my BMW i3 last minute for an oil change. In less than two hours, they called me back with a comprehensive, digital inspection report of my car—complete with pictures. They flagged some damage to a back tire and recommended swapping out just the rear tires. They were able to order and stock the specific tires that very same day! The entire operation is unbelievably seamless. No matter who I spoke to over the phone, they were knowledgeable, friendly, and completely on top all things relating to my car. They even offered a shuttle service for both drop-off and pick-up while my car was being worked on, making the whole process incredibly convenient. A massive thank you to Steven, Robert, David, and Carlos! I was so thoroughly impressed by the team's swift work, honesty, and professionalism that I brought my partner's car in the next day for a full tune-up; which they did in single day! If you want honest, fast, and top-tier service, this is the place to go!

Not a lot of shops I trust. Crown has been around a long time in Pasadena. That tells me that they take care of their community and the community takes care of them. The staff is always polite and professional. While they always give a comprehensive overview of my vehicle, they are never pushy about what services are needed. They keep me informed about items that may need to be addressed in the future so I am not surprised when additional parts or services are needed. They always show pictures and explain things clearly. I know a fair amount about cars. I can do most basic services myself and understand the inner workings of most vehicles systems. I can't count the times other shops have tried to sell me something I know I don't need. Crown has never done that to me. I have been going here for a few years now, and over time have grown to trust this shop. Crown City Tires make it convenient and comfortable for me to leave my car with them. I am glad they are here.
