Ryan at Diamond Auto Glass was truly a godsend for my family this Labor Day weekend. On Saturday, I accidentally shattered the rear window of my 2013 Nissan Rogue while we were in San Diego for the Padres game. We live in Santa Monica and were staying with family in Clairemont Mesa, with plans to head home Sunday afternoon. I honestly had no idea what we were going to do. At 8:01 AM on Sunday morning (listed hours were 8:00 AM Sundays...I was a little anxious), I called Ryan, literally one minute after opening. He answered right away, asked a few questions, checked availability, and then told me the words I was hoping to hear: "I have the glass, and I can get it done within an hour." The relief I felt at that moment was incredible. Not only did Ryan come through for us on very short notice during a holiday weekend, but his price was incredibly fair. Even more impressive was how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional he was throughout the entire process. I stayed and chatted with him while he worked, and when I asked if that was okay, he smiled and said, "Absolutely, I wouldn't have it any other way." Great customer service and general vibes. Helped replace the roof glass of my mom’s car with caution despite the difficult task. 10/10 would recommend to get your windshields/windows replaced and fixed here!

Really wonderful service. They were right around the corner from my office. So I was able to drop off my car in the morning. Mind you I only called them an hour before I arrived. To make sure that they were still open. Not only were they able to see me immediately. They were also able to work on my vehicle immediately and even had the windshield in stock. I picked up my car two hours later and I paid $396 for the replacement windshield on my 2022 Toyota Tacoma.

I was quoted $2,000 at the Honda dealership in Chula Vista for my front windshield. I was in unbelief at the cost estimate so I decided to shop around. The next day I Googled Windshield repair and I cam across Diamond Auto Galss and many others. The first call I made was to Diamond Auto Glass and it was the last call I made as well. When he quoted me $385 for everything I could not believe my ears. I booked an appointment within hours and he did an amazing job! I am super impressed with his work and even more impressed by the total cost. Diamond Auto Glass is a diamond in the rough that I was fortunate to discover.
