Communication was very good. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. Went in for an oil change and tire sensor replacement. The all synthetic oil change cost was similar to elsewhere and a quick search found that other costs were in line with other local repair shops. Some other fixes were needed so I spent more than expected but was happy with the results.

Not only did Dieters provide the services we agreed upon at the price that was quoted but they did some cosmetic things at no charge. That was nice surprise. Working with Joel was a pleasure and I will certainly continue to bring my Mercedes back to Dieters whenever work is needed in the future.

I went in to get my radiator hoses replaced and fixed, and a lot of the front bodywork that another mechanic had messed up. The car looked in shambles. It was even missing the right screws in some parts, but Dieters motors help me out tremendously when I got my car back the whole front end looked practically brand new other mechanics didn’t even want to take the job, but Dieters Motors took it with no problem. I am very happy with the work and recommend all my friends with the European cars to visit them.

I took my Mercedes Hybrid S class to a Mercedes Dealership in Valencia and they wanted $14,000.00 to replace the Lithium battery. I didn’t think it was the battery because my car only had 57,000 miles on it but they said they hooked it up to their diagnostic machine and that’s what it said. I wanted a second opinion so I contacted a Mercedes mechanic who specializes in Hybrids, back east. He worked with Dieter’s through FaceTime and discovered that the battery was fine but the electronic control module, which charges the battery was the issue. I found a reconditioned one for 1,500.00 and Dieter’s took the old one out and put the reconditioned one in at a great price.

Do yourself a big favor - Stay clear of this shop - they are dishonest when it comes to big repair jobs. This was my 2nd bad experience. The old saying "when someone shows you who they are - believe them the 1st time". I'm going to focus on the recent experience. I had my 2014 Jaguar F-type V8s towed from my home to this shop. I blew something while driving, because the the engine was idling rough. Joel the Service Manager, told me they would take a look and let me know what was wrong. Turns out they, recommended I have the engine replaced, because they got a no reading from Cylinder head assembly. Before the engine was going to be removed, I stopped by so Joel could go over the details - this was prior to the engine being removed. Note the undercarriage cover was still in place. I gave the approval to replace the engine. Jump to pick up day 1/30/26 - three months later. Because of my prior experience with the repair of my Porsche Cayenne Turbo, and all the missing parts from that repair - I knew to inspect the car before removing it from the facility. I ask Joel to put the Jaguar up on the lift so I could inspect the work. What I found was the undercarriage cover was
