I came in today with a blowout, and Nicholas was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable about my tires and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was nervous about continuing to drive my car, and he was kind enough to help me park it safely. My car was serviced quickly, and Nicholas provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you, Nicholas, for making a stressful situation so much easier! Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience. One of the reasons I buy my tires from Discount Tire is the complimentary air pressure service. It’s a great customer convenience—when it’s actually available. Today I pulled into the air check lane and waited over five minutes with no employee in sight. I finally called the store, and the person who answered simply said they were “a little busy.” Even after calling, no one came out to help. If you’re going to advertise a complimentary service, you need to staff it appropriately or at least respond when a customer calls for assistance. This wasn’t just someone taking a little longer than expected—there was no one there at all. What’s frustrating is that this isn’t my usual Discount Tire location. My regular store consistently has someone assigned to the air check lane, which keeps customers coming back. Unfortunately, this location delivered the exact opposite experience. Instead of building customer loyalty, it made me question whether I want to return here at all.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Discount Tire. Last Saturday, I was advised to replace my two front tires and have an alignment due to uneven wear. I agreed to the recommended service, and after waiting about two and a half hours, I left because the work appeared to be finished. Later that day, I noticed that instead of replacing both front tires, one of my rear tires had been replaced while my front right tire had not. Since I didn't have time to return that day, I went back today to have the mistake corrected. When we arrived, my husband explained the situation to the staff, and we were told they would take care of it. After waiting about an hour, we noticed my car had been pulled up, but no one came to return my keys or update us. We eventually had to flag down an employee for assistance and then waited another several minutes while they tried to figure out who even had my keys. When someone finally spoke with us, they told us the alignment had been completed. However, when we asked about correcting the tire issue the entire reason we had returned no one seemed to know what we were talking about. No explanation was given, the incorrect tire was never replaced,

I live in downtown, and I still choose to go to this one. Always had a great service. There's always some new people there. They never seem to keep the good ones. I've been going here for my family's vehicles tires since 2014. Very easy in and out with an appointment. And if there's a wait, there's a decent hotel bar next door within walking distance.

They broke my wheel cap and hid it from me. Very dissatisfied in what is typically a well run service center. Maybe a bad apple is amiss. Two stars for the deception.
