These guys know what they are doing and do not compromise on quality. Not just did they fix the car but they ensured the car was detailed. 10/10 for customer service 10/10 for quality of repairs The shop works directly with the insurance and was able to repair very quickly.

East bay collision IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. They went above and BEYOND with my 2026 Tesla model Y. Great service, great attention to detail, my paint is immaculate and they covered my deductible along with giving me a brand new set of tires when insurance was only willing to cover the cost of half of a single tire! They have passion for their quality of work and they really go the extra mile for their customers and do more than just the bare minimum. They give every car the same level of service as the Lamborghinis and Ferraris that they also service. Can't recommend them enough!

Transported my car across country and the spoiler was damaged by the transport service in process. Got three quotes from various body shops and went with East Bay Collision Center as they offered the most competitive pricing. Service was fast, highly professional, the team paid attention to detail and were a pleasure to work together with. EBC was busy (which was a good sign) and processed the paperwork quickly. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were taken care of. Should I ever need to get work done on my car again, I'll go back - no doubt. Extra Bonus : the waiting room was the nicest and had entertainment to keep me busy.

I brought my Lamborghini Huracan Spyder to East Bay Collision and they exceeded my expectations. I came in looking to get a wrap done but had a last second change of heart and decided to stick with the factory paint and get a full vehicle PPF installation. Freed was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and you can tell he really cares about doing an exemplary job. His staff was very welcoming and even gave me a quick tour of the shop when I brought the car in. Great service. Fair price. Solid outcome. I’ll definitely bringing in some of my other cars for future services. I highly recommend working with East Bay Collision Center.

Incredible body shop can’t say enough good things about them! Honest, quick, and professional in every sense of the word. I’ve had multiple cars brought here and they always exceed my expectations. The owner Fred truly cares about every car that comes in. They’re very meticulous in making sure everything is perfect. I recently found out that they offer detailing, paint protection film, and ceramic coating services as well. They are one of the few shops in the area that are XPEL certified. I brought my BMW M2 in for a front clip PPF and ceramic coating and it looks absolutely amazing. Came out better than I could’ve even expected. They even installed my carbon front lip for me. They’ve earned a customer for life, I wouldn’t bring my cars anywhere else!
