Everyone was nice and polite. They price was amazing for a head gasket repair. The timeframe to get the work done was great. Just know its honest work when your car is being worked on. I never felt like they were getting over on me because I was a female. They even washed my car when the job was done. I highly recommend this shop to anybody.

this guys always take care of everything i bring and worked several heads for me no issues at all and always tell me at front if is there a problem before even with part before work on it and customer service service is always great very attentive , all i can say is a good things about this place feels good to come here and do repairs almost feels like a Family

Do not do business with El Pino. Was referred to them for a quick and cheap engine repair which turned into a nightmare leading to more damages and even charges for no work done. I told them I had an engine intake manifold that needs a repair or replacement and I will tow the vehicle. They said just drive it don’t waste money on a tow and then it overheated ended up having to be towed and was later told for driving it in that condition and letting it overheat caused more damages to the engine’s internals needing it to be fully rebuilt and going from a $300-500 fix to a $3.5-4k fix. Was also told it would be free for them to fully check the engine and they will call me to let me know the charges for parts and labor before any work is done. I told them I will just buy a new engine for less and take my car back and they charged me $500 to release the car to me for not working with them after never agreeing to any charges. They refused to put the engine back as well. Police had to be involved, not worth spending time and money on a lawsuit and going to court, but very very close. Should have read prior reviews.

This is the fourth cylinder head I get refreshed with these guys. The other three cars still running strong. The first one being done in 2017 to a 4G69 on a Mitsubishi, still running today with no issues. The second one being a D16Y8 done back in march of 2020, that one also running great today. The third off of a chevy suburban done with in 2020 which is running good still today. I also expect this one to be running strong for a good period. Highly recommend these guys. Prices have gone up with in the years, but still a great price for the work they do compared to others.

Changed my own headgasket 135k. Used these guys for servicing the heads, 175k no issues. Dodge 4.7
