Terrible experience and extremely disappointing at the owner. I brought my Mercedes Sprinter here 3 months ago and the owner personally quoted me $170 for an oil change. He never once said it was a promotional price or temporary offer. I came back yesterday and was told $350, more than DOUBLE the price. The service advisor tried to give me a Labor Day discount, but the owner refused and wouldn’t budge. I also wasted my time, gas, and had a family member drive me back and forth because of this. And for $350, I’m basically at Mercedes-Benz dealership pricing anyway. At that point, I’ll gladly take my Sprinter to the dealership and get the service done there. Update: The owner claims I “tried to haggle” the price last time. As you can see in the screenshot, I simply asked what the price was, and he gave me $170. I did not haggle or negotiate the price whatsoever. He didn’t even mention it was a special promotion. If the owner is willing to misrepresent what happened publicly, I would definitely think twice before trusting this shop with your vehicle.

JP Euro, is an amazing shop, upfront, honest, best pricing. The staff and technicians are the best. They have completed work on my 2017 X5 and 2018 A6. Both of these cars run like the day I bought new. You will be very happy if you use JP for all your car repairs. Thanks again JP Euro for your excellent service.

I can't recommend JP Auto Collision in Dallas enough. My car needed a new ECU unit, and before landing here, I went to five other shops around Dallas — each one gave me a different diagnosis for what was actually wrong. JP Auto Collision was the only one who got it right. They shipped out my old ECU, installed a new one, and my car has run perfectly ever since. On top of that, they saved me thousands of dollars compared to what the other shops were quoting. If you want a shop that actually knows what they're doing and won't waste your money, this is the place. I'll absolutely be back for any future work, and I recommend them to anyone in the Dallas area or Texas in general fr A1 Since Day 1 over there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took my Porsche Boxster to JP Euro a few different times for different repairs - they replaced the water pump, vacuum lines, main seal, flywheel, and more. All done professionally. Not many auto shops can work on Porsches to the same level JP Euro does. Throughout the entire proses they updated me, shared photo and video evidence of everything, did quality assurance to make sure everything was up to spec. Phenomenal service, great communication, better prices than any dealership 10/10. Huge plus - getting to see all the exotic cars they are working on anytime I stop by.

Recently took my Ferrari F430 (classic) exotic car in for its annual oil service. The communication was great, drop off was simple, and the turn around time was incredible. They had the car on the rack within a few hours and updated me throughout the entire process with photos. The mechanic was great and while doing the service they performed a multi point inspection and notified me of any additional items I should be concerned about. Luckily, my car was clean and nothing was found. Great work guys!
