We absolutely recommend Engine Rebuilders! We brought our 2014 Challenger here for a rebuilt engine!! I was so so nervous!! ( My husband & I stayed in prayer every day!!) I’m so so grateful for the EXCELLENT work they did on our car! AND their EXCELLENT service!! They have excellent communication and they (David) also explained everything so well! He told us it would take 2-3 weeks. Good Friday and Easter happened in the middle of that 3 weeks. Our car was ready in exactly 3 weeks!! Our car drives like a Brand New Car!! Thank you ALL so much!! I had an 18 f150 with a 5.0, they said they could rebuild it, started off at $6500 give or take. They get into the motor, called and said it’s going to be another $4,800 for additional parts. Ok, I approved it, ended up cracking my original block when they tried to resleeve it, they took fault and bought another one. After 6 weeks they call and say the truck is ready. I get it 2 days later headed to my deer lease it loses oil pressure, get it back to them another 3 weeks, it’s supposedly fixed, I don’t even get from Dallas to Terrell and it loses oil pressure. So over $10,000 later I still have a motor that isn’t right and on top of it they got me for a hellcat pistol. I would not recommend these people to rebuild anything.

I took my 1995 k1500 to them to REBUILD my engine. They rebuilt EVERYTHING. I told them I'd be pulling trailers so they put an RV cam in it. I even paid them to fix my ac. When I first picked it up the AC still didn't work. I took it back. Picked it back up and the AC blew but blew hot. Took it back. Still blew hot and they said I need to replace something myself. Not to mention they broke my mirror and didn't replace it. Haven't had my truck a month and I checked the oil it's BLACK!! Drove with a small trailer with light weight on it 20 miles and the truck broke down and won't start now. $5200.00 later!! I am a pissed off customer!! I DO NOT recommend using them for anything!!

My 2007 Jeep Commander 5.7 hemi dropped a valve seat and destroyed the engine. David gave me a very thorough tour of his facility, and I was totally impressed! He has a very talented staff from the machinists to the tear down and assembly technicians. Their entire facility is extremely clean, and that says a lot about their commitment to excellence. I am an old school mechanic from the sixties and expect quality work. I only rebuilt the engine on this old vehicle because my wife loves it, and it is in excellent condition. It runs like a new hemi and we could not be happier. I drive for Uber and recommend "Engine Rebuilders" to all of my clients who have car issues. Please note that they repair most mechanical issues that your vehicle may have in addition to engine rebuilds. I also felt that they gave me a fair price, which is extremely important for my budget!

READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE I took my flywheel here to get resurfaced for a new clutch I got. Installed it correctly and took my time to break it in and the first time I rev it out I felt something go mid shift. After that the clutch would slip anytime I put load on it. Took the clutch out and found the pucks were completely gone. This was a new ACT clutch and was going to file a warranty claim which ACT has for all their products until I measured my flywheel. The flywheel step heights were completely off, some were off by .015" where there's only a few thousands of travel to release the clutch. Basically it would never disengage and drag heavily at high rpms causing the failure. I took it back to them to see if they would stand behind their work and first thing they told me was that it was impossible for them to machine it wrong that they always double check their work before it leaves. I showed them a video of how badly the pressure plate was wobbling and they "checked it out" again at the back and told me it was all good that they did nothing wrong. Well I took my flywheel to a different shop and they told me what I already knew, that the last place to
