My car battery died on Saturday and needed to be replaced; because it's a BMW it also requires a registration tool to fix (so AAA could only jump the car). I called Caesar and he was very helpful. Gave me the price upfront and told me they would have the battery on Monday. Since I didn't want to call AAA again, Caesar offered to hold the car over the weekend and have it fixed first thing Monday. Service included a basic check of the whole car in addition to the battery change, and was all done early Monday. Really exceptional service.

Highly recommend Euro Car Doctor! My wife and I travel full-time for work, so finding an honest mechanic in an unfamiliar area isn't easy. After another shop told us our 2023 Ford Explorer needed several thousand dollars in repairs, including a complete brake system replacement, something didn't feel right. I asked for recommendations on Facebook, and the owner of Euro Car Doctor reached out almost immediately. He took the time to ask questions, explained why those repairs were unlikely on a three-year-old vehicle, and offered to inspect it at no charge. Justin, the shop manager, looked everything over and confirmed exactly what we suspected—none of that work was needed. They never charged us a penny, never tried to sell us anything we didn't need, kept us informed throughout the process, and even checked in afterward to make sure we made it safely to our next destination. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. As long as we're in California, Euro Car Doctor will be the only shop we trust with our Explorer. Thank you for restoring our faith that honest mechanics still exist!

I’ve been very impressed with Earl’s Car Doctor. I’ve never felt so at ease when dealing with an auto repair shop. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special shout out to Cesar for his outstanding customer service. Even though I didn’t end up having any major repairs done, the way they treated me, the attention to detail, clear communication, and overall professionalism left a lasting impression. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation leaving my car with them in the future. Highly recommended.

Taylor and the team at Euro Doctor went above and beyond to help me get my tire fixed. My tire got shredded on the 405 late a on a Friday night and AAA towed me to the nearest auto shop. Thank goodness I ended up at Euro Doctor because they really took care of me. All autobody shops were closed at the time of my tow, so the next morning I got a ride down to the shop. Before I even arrived, a team member informed me over the phone that I would need to purchase a new tire and that it would take until Monday. I needed my car to go to work sooner, so they brainstormed with me and let me know there was a reliable tire shop called Global Tires less than 5 min away. So I went to Global Tire, they hooked me up with a new tire, then I went right back to Euro Doctor to have them put the new tire on. Plot twist: the tire I purchased was not a compatible fit. So then instead of making me take another Lyft back to return the tire and purchase a different one, Taylor at Euro Doctor took the time to call up Global and coordinate this with them. They then installed my new tired (the correct fitting one), balanced and rotated all my tires, and let me know everything was complete within the next ho

I’m the proud original owner of a 2003 Land Rover Discovery II with very low mileage. Recently, the check-engine light came on due to a cylinder misfire, and I also discovered a major valve cover leak. I called my regular mechanic, and he recommended taking it to a shop that specializes in European cars. After searching on Yelp, I found Euro Car Doctor, luckily they were very close to my home. When I visited, I met Andrew and Taylor, who were both welcoming, respectful, and completely transparent about the repair estimate. The price wasn’t cheap, but what really convinced me was their 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty. Not only did they fix the engine light issue, but they also replaced the necessary gaskets for the manifold and valve covers, spark plug wires, along with spark plugs, the serpentine belt, and replaced the throttle body due to coolant leak. My Discovery now runs like a champ thanks to their skilled mechanics. I highly recommend Euro Car Doctor to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop for their vehicle.
