I've been bringing my Porsche 911 to Pacific German for service, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. They recently completed my annual service, and as always, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The entire team is friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They specialize in Porsche and Audi, and it shows. One look around the shop at the cars they're working on, from daily drivers to high-end performance models, gives you confidence that your car is in the right hands. What really says a lot is that they have customers who ship their cars from all over the country just to have them serviced here. That's not something you see very often. It's also exciting to see them expanding with a new Costa Mesa location. They've earned their reputation through consistently excellent work and outstanding customer service. If you own a Porsche or Audi and want a shop you can trust, I can't recommend Pacific German highly enough. It's the only place I'll take my car.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve trusted Pacific German with my Porsches for years, and I simply wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They serviced my 2016 Porsche 981 Spyder, and most recently my 2026 Spyder RS, where they replaced the over-axle pipes to let the engine truly breathe. The transformation is incredible—the performance is noticeably stronger, and the sound is absolutely intoxicating. It’s exactly what the Spyder RS was meant to be. Beyond their technical expertise, the entire team is outstanding. They are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and genuinely passionate about Porsche automobiles. It’s refreshing to work with people who care as much about your car as you do. If you’re looking for true Porsche specialists, I give Pacific German my highest recommendation. My Audi needed an oil change and my warranty had expired so I wanted to check out alternatives to the dealership. I’m so glad I found Pacific German! Now I’m taking my car in for bigger issues. It’s a family owned business, run by German car lovers who know their stuff. I felt I could trust them. They have been honest and precise. They’re such a great alternative to the Audi Dealership. You can tell they love what they do. And check out their office! I mean- Authentic Eames chairs, and Noguchi tables 🧐 they know their audience. I’ve been bringing my Porsche 718 GT4 to Pacific German for the last few years for performance upgrades and service, and the experience has always been excellent. They’ve recently took care of an oil service, brake service, and track alignment. Huge shoutout to Shawn and Tyler! Both are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The car always comes back dialed in and ready to perform. If you’re looking for a shop that truly understands Porsche performance and track prep, Pacific German is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Pacific German! I recently brought my Audi Q7 here after purchasing it from CarMax. Despite CarMax’s '125-point inspection,' the team at Pacific German found several critical issues that were completely overlooked, including overdue service intervals and suspension problems. The staff is incredibly professional, honest, and truly knows Audi inside and out. They took the time to explain everything and showed me exactly what needed attention. If you’re buying a used car in the area, don’t trust the dealer's inspection — bring it here first! They saved me a lot of trouble and gave me peace of mind. Five stars!
