My wife and I own two 2018 Model 3 Performance vehicles. I noticed we had a low coolant alert and stuck 5 port value on the super bottle when out of curiosity I was in service mode on one of the cars. I had called another 3rd party service center that specialized in EVs first. In talking to the manager of this center, he mentioned that they always replace the super bottle vs the 5 port valve actuator as the gears in the super bottle tend to be stripped. This is a substantially more expensive repair, and I am a bit of a researcher and had already reviewed this very common problem online and thought that sounded wrong so I asked him to clarify. He assured me that this was the case and that the gears that strip lived in the super bottle. With this center having many good reviews and me driving at the time of our conversation, I thought I may have not been clear or had misunderstood his explanation. So, I emailed a follow-up with screen shots of the error in service mode which actually prescribed replacing the actuator and I also quoted many sources including a photo break down of the actuator showing that the gears that tend to strip in fact are in the 5 port actuator. I wanted to swap my Model Y’s suspension with Juniper parts. Adam has done these before and made quick work of swapping my suspension over. He truly is an EV/Tesla expert. He even gave it a perfect 4 wheel alignment. All of this was fairly priced, completed quickly, and he even met me after hours the night before to move my car into his shop when I dropped it off. Above and beyond should be his motto. It’s so cool that such an old car repair shop has been renovated to work on newer EVs too.

I was very blessed to have found Adam. When I started buying Tesla salvage from copart the dealers turned me away and one of the bodyshop guys told me about Adam. His worked on 6 of my Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. Feel confident in bringing your Tesla to Adam as his very intelligent and knows exactly what his doing.

Had a pleasant experience from start to finish! Adam was easy to work with, communicates well, and provides services in a timely manner. Did a Juniper suspension retrofit on my ‘24 model Y. Reached out to him, he ordered parts, called me when they arrived, scheduled a day to bring vehicle in and finished the job within a few hours! He even topped off fluids at no extra charge. Got him to install a safe as well during the same visit. He answered all my questions and explained maintenance requirements thoroughly. Reasonable pricing is a plus! Will be using his services for our EV vehicles! Thanks Adam!

Adam did an amazing job upgrading my Tesla model S alignment with in2itive kit. He diagnosed the HV battery isolation problems and improved the AC cooling efficiency. It feels like driving a new tesla. He had parts in stock which made the repair very quick and he is also very reasonable with the cost without compromising quality.
