I had a great experience with Exclusive Auto Care & Auto Body. The team was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They took care of everything in a timely manner and made the repair process much less stressful. The quality of work was excellent, and my vehicle looked great once the repairs were completed. They were clear about updates and kept me informed along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable and honest auto body work Cherie was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything easy to understand and was always kind and patient when answering my questions. I really appreciate her support and great customer service.

Everything was easy from start to finish, even getting the rental car through Exclusive Auto Care was easy. My 2000 Subaru Forester needed a lot of repair from two separate times that it got hit by another vehicle over the years. It's a great car and did not deserve to look beat up! My daughter referred me to Exclusive Auto Care. I thought it would be super expensive, but it was actually super reasonable. I didn't expect that it could look new again, but they did an absolutely beautiful job. Cherie was a delight to work with, everyone I encountered was so nice. The customer service goes above and beyond. And my car looks new again!

I was referred to this company by my State Farm Agent. I brought my 2021 Ford Ranger to Exclusive Auto Care to fix some damage. I met with Cherie for an estimate. I had already gone to 1 other shop and got 1 estimate. That particular shop was in a very sketchy area of San Jose (I was told to go there by my brother in law-- bad advice). They gave me a very high quote. So, it was nice to meet with Cherie and get a much better quote and deal with a shop in a better area that was not 'sketchy' in any way. After meeting with Cherie- I was sold. She is such a genuine, kind and knowledgeable person, that I did not have any desire to go to any other shop for a quote. Exclusive made the entire process painless. They did a wonderful job on my truck and they even detailed it to perfection. I cannot say enough about just how great these guys are.

Super fast repair of my Tesla Y as well as repairing trunk damage at a fifth of the cost of other places! Someone hit the front end of my car in the parking lot. Luckily insurance will take care of that, but I wanted to get my trunk repaired at the same time. The trunk estimate from different shops, including Tesla autobody repair, was $4-7,000. Exclusive Auto quoted $1,000. I was skeptical, but they did the repairs in a few days after receiving the parts. They worked well with my insurance for the front end and I paid out of pocket for the back end. They even detailed the car and delivered it super clean. Very satisfied with the service. Although I hope I won’t need them again, I know who to go to if I do! Thanks Rafael!
