My Tesla model Y had a hit and run while parking, multiple panels on the driver side were damaged. I am very glad and satisfied with the high quality service received at JP Auto. Both Ray and Jay are amazing to work with and kept in smooth communications. When I asked about the PPF options, Ray did not try to upsell me anything, he told me with car at almost 50k and already had some rocks chips at the hood, it was not worth the re-paint and ppf. I respect and appreciate that professional and honesty. They also went extra miles to touch up on a few places on the hood and fenders. Upon pick-up, both my wife and I are very impressed with the repair and the car looks refreshed like new condition. I would highly recommend this shop and the team for repair!

Ray, Jay, and Javier were exceptional in their customer service throughout my experience with JP Auto - every step of the way exuded quality customer service. I had to replace my bumper for my corolla, and even before I chose to work with them, Ray a few months back, had already helped me with some advice to sort of sit with this displaced bumper for a little bit until a real repair is necessary, so he saved me for a couple of months, until driving on the freeway, kicked the bumper out of place and started flapping as I drove. I then came back to Ray to have JP auto take care of it, at which point Ray was already giving me my options and educating me on how to go about this in a cheaper manner, even if it means not working with JP auto, which shows integrity, and again, great customer service. I sat with the idea, and the next day I called and Javier picked up, and he handled the down payment essentially, and the ordering of the parts, and he was great. I communicating to me the turnaround time and keeping me posted. They did an amazing job polishing the side fender, bumper, and door for a very affordable price! It was fast, clean, and the quality was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and punctual. Hands down the best body shop in the Bay Area. Highly recommended! 🥹🥹🥹😀😀😆

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my exceptional experience with JP Autobody. My wife was very stressed after an accident involving her beloved Model Y when someone failed to look before pulling out of a street parking space. Her car sustained moderate damage on the right front side. I was searching for a body shop and came across JP Autobody, highly rated on the Tesla app as a Tesla Certified Collision Repair shop. I was fortunate to meet Ray from the Redwood City location. He promptly called me to inform me that they had an open spot for the repair. His exceptional customer service and clear communication made a significant difference. Ray went above and beyond to ensure that the car was repaired correctly and all necessary parts, particularly the suspension components, were replaced. Ray provided me with comprehensive updates throughout the entire repair process, explaining each step in detail.
