I just left today (Sunday, April 26 around 2:30 PM) and had a really disappointing experience. The employee directing cars into the wash (bald white man with light/colored eyes) was extremely rude to us while we were trying to line our car up on the rail. He was rolling his eyes and telling my partner to “hurry up,” even though we were clearly doing our best. Our car is new and getting positioned correctly onto the track, especially switching into neutral at the right moment can take a second. Instead of being patient or helpful, he acted irritated and rushed us the entire time. It honestly felt unnecessarily aggressive and uncomfortable. I even have footage from the Tesla cameras showing how the interaction happened. I understand people have busy shifts, but customers shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience for taking an extra moment to safely enter the wash. The attitude alone made the experience feel unwelcoming and honestly disrespectful. Management should really address how customers are being treated at the entrance.

Do not waste your money!!! I bought the "gold" wash package just now which should have included the tire shine, but not only did it not shine my tires, it didn't even wash my SUV very well! There are areas that look like they were not even contacted! In addition, one of the vacuums was so clogged up that it didn't suck at all! Again, don't waste your money!

Fast, professional, and worth every penny. I was impressed with how efficient the team was without rushing the work. They cleaned areas other car washes usually miss, and my car looked showroom-ready when they were done. Fair pricing and great customer service — highly recommend!

Excellent service and great attention to detail! I brought my car in looking pretty rough, and it came out spotless inside and out. The staff was friendly, fast, and clearly cared about doing a quality job. Windows were streak-free, tires looked brand new, and the interior smelled fresh. Definitely my go-to car wash from now on.

Multiple lanes, but gets very crowded at peak times. This was probably the most crowded we've ever seen for a car wash. The lines took forever and were getting so long that it was getting difficult for cars to get through to the other side of the plaza. They obviously can't do anything about it, but they should definitely have cones or some time of barrier to help organize the lines better. * Bronze Wash: 8/10 - good and effective It was also dark when we went yet the lights for vacuuming still didn't go on which made it difficult to vacuum. The machine for members was also not working, but the worker was very helpful and nice. Will definitely stop by again at a different time.
