Maybe 10 years ago, this place was great. Now probably the worst car wash in Orange County. The workers here just don't care, so zero effort to wash and detail your car. Be careful they don't damage your rims when they're driving your car around. If you have a prized vehicle, do not risk it by having them touch it. The same quality as a gas station drive-through tunnel except here they charge you $35 for a pretend "hand wash."

Absolutely horrible experience. I paid $100 for a “deep cleaning” and my car was still dirty when they gave it back to me. The back seats were not even vacuumed, the inside door panels were still dirty, and the carpets were not touched. What made it even worse was the behavior of the manager of their employees, Hector/ Victor. He was extremely rude, aggressive, and yelling at us instead of fixing the issue. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially toward two female customers simply asking for the service we already paid for. He evened yelled at the woman cashier and told her go inside this is not your business! If you’re charging premium prices, at least do the basic cleaning correctly. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually respects customers and does the job properly.

Be careful with this place. They broke the rear windshield wiper for my wifes car. We even reviewed their tapes and saw when the wiper was broken during the cleaning process as someone had accidentally activated the rear wiper and ended up breaking it. The manager Hector refused to write anything down guaranteeing that they would fix the wiper and they refused to give us a copy of the video. These guys are crooks and liars and will not take responsibility if they break something on your car. At this point I have to waste a lot of time getting the car fixed and filing a small claims in court to recoup our money lost. What should have been a quick visit to the car wash, turned into a multi-hour fiasco. Luckily I was able to record the manager admitting fault.

WARNING! If you have a regular sized sedan, DO NOT get the $49.99 "Off-Track Car Wash". The sales person at the drive through will convince you it's the same as the similarly priced "Luxury Wash", but it's actually the $39.99 "Executive Wash" with a $10 oversized vehicle charge. The cashier thought I had a large truck at checkout until I explained I had a regular sized sedan. On the plus side, the wash was very quick, because there's no spray wax applied on any of the cleaned surfaces. I am disappointed at the lack of upfront clarity and hope no one suffers my mistake in the future.

I wish i would had read the reviews before coming to this place. I paid $239.99 plus tipped for a nightmare. The repairs, the tow and the time it costs me to get my car out of this place. They disconnected sensors and had my car completely dead.My car did not want to turn on at all. I had someone jumpstart my car and nothing was working it was just completely dead. I wasted two whole days trying to situate my vehicle as no shop near by were open. I had to tow the car to my house and the next day tow my vehicle to a shop where i got billed almost $1,000 for everything. I was not going to request a refund because i thought it was just me having bad luck but i paid $239.99 for a detail they guaranteed would last 3-6 months ended up lasting 2 days my car is full of water marks. i was super upset that they were not honest about what they did to my car according to the shop they disconnected & removed cables/sensors that caused the vehicle to shut down. I ended up calling 4 days later for a refund and never got a call back as they promised they would have it handled. This was about two weeks ago. I did try to give them time to make it right but unfortunately they did not keep their word.
