If you have a truck it will 100% damage it at some point. Ripped my grill off, Manager still hasnt called me back 2 days later after saying he would and they just act like they have zero liability. Id give it 0 stars if i could.

It's a drive through brush system. The staff barely do more than minimum effort. I couldn't get a month membership without a credit card. There was a long long to get in, but it did move fairly quick. I still have bird poop, bug guts, and dirt all over my van. I've had better washes for less money than this place. So I'm hesitant to give them another shot.

Stopped in for the Silver package at $16 and mostly impressed. The exterior came out spotless — Triple Foam, ClearCoat Sealant, and Tire & Wheel Cleaner all did their job. Car looked sharp walking out. Only reason I’m not giving five stars is the vacuums — they’re just okay, nothing special. Expected a bit more suction for the price. But the wash itself? Solid deal for $16. Better than most places I’ve tried. Will probably be back.

Great value for the price. Got the $16 Silver and it covered everything — ClearCoat Sealant, Triple Foam Wax, Tire & Wheel Cleaner, Super Dry N Shine. Car came out looking clean and polished without breaking the bank. The vacuums are also seriously powerful — got every bit of dirt and debris out of the interior with no problem. Fast, easy, no hassle. For sixteen bucks, you’re getting way more than a basic wash. Will definitely be back.

Good if you use the membership to ensure unlimited clean wash for a reasonable price. Vacuums are a nice feature. Quick line if you can come by before work or on a weekday. + appreciate that this Pasadena location always gives air freshener and wet wipes!! Other fast5 don’t give them out as readily. — bad: machines are old, my car paint was scratched from the wash. Not a big deal for my daily beater but I wouldn’t bring a brand new car here. 3.5 stars. I don’t come here anymore due to location and wait times. Could be ok for others under certain conditions mentioned above.
