The cashier Ruby is always very polite and helpful when I walk in the store. She has always a great attitude and a beautiful smile that is welcoming. I would definitely recommend that you get a car wash at Lucky 7 , they have great prices and great service too.

When I first paid the $65 for a 100% hand wash (car is to low for their rails) I wasn’t all that happy to pay that much BUT the tall young (very early 20’s) Hispanic man did such a great job that is was worth the money. He got into every nook and cranny. He cleaned my cup hold and center console and put everything back. If I am ever in the area again I will return and will request that young man. I am 100% pleased with the job that was done to my beloved car.

Today was my first time and last time ever coming to this location. I would highly recommend you save your money. It's the equivalent of an arcos drive through gas station car wash. I went in today and got there $60 special which I paid $65 because I have a van, i purposely got that special because it's the only special that states interior wipe down. Now I am no fool i understand these play on words means they will simply dust the interior and not amoral it. Came back.I took off to get a coffee and come back which was a total of twenty minutes at the most on my walk back to the location i see my car parked ready to pick up which should have been the first red flag that they were done with it. On approaching my vehicle, I could still see, there were leafs sitting on top of my windshield wiper blades, and on the roof of the vehicle still, when walking around the vehicle, I can clearly see layers of dust on my windows. In my rear window, I could see half swipes, where they left a good three inches from the top of my rear windshield still coated in a layer of dust. Upon opening my car, it only got worse. I can see that they simply didn't wipe down my dashboard at all. I can see tha

Lucky Car Wash is the only place to go nearby east Pasadena area. I took two of my cars for a wash recently. I used to use the drive through car wash place on Colorado and Sierra Madre Blvd, but its not as clean as the full car wash like this place. They are usually very busy on Friday, Saturday and Saturday so I recommend our seniors go there during the week. I would give Lucky Car Wash a four star car wash place and recommend to everyone.

From out of state but for the price I paid about $20. This is the BEST ‘basic car wash’ I’ve gotten. All we had to do was sit in the waiting area (there’s multiple sitting areas inside w/ac or outside in the nice weather). The employees did a good job vacuuming, wiping off dust, detailing rims, and drying off the outside w/microfiber towels and air hose. No water mark left whatsoever 👍👍👍
