I chose Firestone based on the multiple 5-star reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I brought in my daughter’s 2015 Mini Cooper to have the A/C checked because it wasn’t cooling properly. I was quoted $49 for the inspection and was quoted $270 to add Freon, which I was perfectly fine with. I then received another call stating that the technician recommended replacing the blower motor because there was “no air” coming out. The additional estimate was $887. This immediately raised a red flag because my daughter drove the car to Firestone that morning, and the blower was working and air was clearly coming out. One of the employees asked me to sit in the car so I could see for myself that there was supposedly no air blowing. I explained again that the blower had been working that morning. He then asked, “Are you saying the technician did something?” I clarified that I wasn't accusing anyone of doing anything; I was simply stating that the blower had been working earlier that same day. I then pressed the A/C and MAX A/C buttons, and suddenly, air began blowing strongly from the vents. I looked at the employees, and they appeared just as surprised as I w

I had a great experience at the Firestone ! Vic provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process fast and easy from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. It’s always nice to work with someone who genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend this Firestone location, and if you get the chance, ask for Vic—you’ll be in great hands!

I went to Firestone to see if I can get a good price on tires for my car. Met with Jason who helped me look for the best deal that I could afford. I was very happy with his service. He worked so hard in trying to find me a comfortable price. I was very impressed with the Service, will definitely come back. I also asked for them to run an inspection on my car. So they did and found that I needed brakes and rotors replaced on the back tires, which was inspected by Kelly. He was also amazing very detailed Regarding my brakes and rotors never pressured me into getting it Done right away, but said he recommends that I do it as soon as I have a chance, he explained every step that would lead to a bigger problem if I did not do it. Again he never pressured me and I love that about this store. None of the employees who helped me ever pressured me or made me feel like I should do it now very nice and kind. Would definitely recommend this place in the future to anyone that asked me where to purchase good tires or any service that they provide for their car Thank you guys for all your help and work. I will be back.

I came to Firestone trying to see if I can get a good deal on tires. I was very very impressed with the service and the help from Eric and Jason he showed me a few choices, never felt pressured never trying to sell me on any extra stuff loved the way they handled the whole situation I feel very comfortable and definitely happy to come back for any other problems on my car. Thank you for the honest service Eric and Jason will definitely be back and recommend this location to others.

I’ve been bringing my vehicle to this Firestone location in Glendale for about 10 years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Vic, the store manager, runs a fantastic operation, and Andrew, my customer service representative, always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. They are extremely trustworthy, consistently do high quality work, and take the time to explain what’s needed without any pressure. I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount. It’s a thoughtful touch that means a lot. It’s hard to find an auto service center you can rely on year after year, but this team has absolutely earned my trust. Highly recommend!
