I had an "emergency" situation this morning and needed help with a tire. To say that this location and its employees exceeded my expectations is an understatement! They were awesome! They came out to assess my situation, found the source of the problem, were expeditious in getting it resolved! On top of that, there was no charge (although I did give a tip to the young man who did the work because he deserved it)!! After my experience this morning I think I will be using them more often for regular maintenance instead of driving clear across town to the dealership!! (I would give them a 10star rating if it was possible)!

I recently stopped by to get my brakes replaced, and honestly, the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or professional. They gave me clear, accurate info about what I needed and even offered options that fit my budget, which I really appreciated. Big shoutout to the manager, Justin, for making the whole visit one of the best experiences I’ve had at an auto shop. Highly recommend this place!

I had a really great experience with Firestone. Christian did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the entire process with my car, and I truly appreciated the communication and transparency. Even during the winter storm, they remained responsive and made sure I knew what was going on, which meant a lot. The team was professional, attentive, and helpful, and the service overall left me feeling confident and taken care of. I would absolutely return if I need anything in the future. Highly recommend!!
