I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I had my truck towed to Sirianni after hearing good things about the shop. After looking it over, I was told that the engine needed to be replaced and was quoted approximately $15,000 for a new engine. I was also offered only $2,000 for the truck. Based on their diagnosis, I spent months searching for a replacement engine and left the truck sitting in my driveway for nearly six months. I sought a second opinion and another mechanic performed a basic service and oil change, and the truck was back up and running for around $200. I have been driving it ever since without any issues. Because of the incorrect diagnosis, I wasted six months of time, approximately $500 in towing costs, and experienced a great deal of unnecessary stress. What concerns me most is that I was told I needed an expensive engine replacement when there was no major problem with the engine at all. This was my first experience with Sirianni, and unfortunately it will be my last. Sirianni automotive has always been fair and straightforward with their pricing. They will give you information about things that will need to be fixed, but aren’t pushy with add-ons or upsells. Three generations of my family have trusted their vehicles to Sirianni now and I recommend them to everyone. I live in a different city from my adult children now, but it’s so nice to know if something happens with their cars, I can just say “take it to Sirianni.”

This place is AMAZING. They did a full synthetic oil change on my Nissan Kicks cheaper than anyone else in town. I was a first time customer and the owner of the company introduced himself to me and shook my hand and I noticed he works hard along with his staff. He's definitely not the type to sit back and bark orders; he was working right along with them. My car is running so smoothly. I will never go anywhere else. Also, as a single woman, when I take my car in to be serviced, it's very common for the workers to try and upsell me every damn thing imaginable. I know nothing about cars and never can tell if they're lying or not. That did not happen here. I asked for an oil change and got an oil change. I really respect that. I asked if anything needed immediate attention and they were honest and said no, but told me things that do need regular attention like break pads and whatnot. But they didn't try to upsell me anything or convince me I needed to spend hundreds of dollars on unnecessary stuff. I was recommended to come here for an alignment on my Kia, by another local auto repair shop. When I called, he said they work by appointment. I was able to both drop off and pick up our vehicle after hours. Like the alignment print out paper shows, our car drives a lot better now. The steering wheel is straight, and the car no longer pulls to the right. Thank you Sirianni!
