Had a great experience with this entire shop from the time I walked into the door to the time they called me that my car was ready and that everything appeared to be working correctly. I had a check engine light come on and I took my car to dealership. Turned out I had thermostat issue that is only covered for 60 months. I am at 70 months. They charged me $275 to check the code and tell me that my problem was not covered under my warranty. They also told me I had two bald tires, needed four wheel alignmnet and new rear brakes. I took my car to Auto Import to get my thermostat issue fixed. And I found out none of that other stuff was true. I am so happy to have Auto Import. Highly recommend this shop.

My service advisor was Tim and my technician was Juan, Tim was very communicative and knowledgeable and Juan was very thorough and efficient with my pre purchase inspection. I was given a very detailed report on the vehicle along with estimates of what the repairs would cost. They saved me from buying a 9K car that still needed 5K in immediate repairs! I am very grateful and had such a great first time non-dealership mechanic shop experience. Thank you guys so much! I 100% recommend them for any car service needs!
