Went to Toyota for my regular service and they suggested about $1500 worth of services. I just got my oil change & tire rotation (covered by my service plan), then was referred to One Way by someone at American Tire. Inspection is $150, but they waived it for me since I got services done. It took a little while for the inspection to be completed (maybe an hr to an hr and a half), but it was so detailed. They broke everything down with pictures to help me understand their findings, and lack thereof. They showed me all the testing/inspecting they did and that more than half of the things Toyota told me I needed were not really necessary at that time. Apparently they often suggest things early just based on mileage, not really based on the actual condition of the car & its parts. Ended up spending about $300 (including 20% off one of my services for being a 1st time customer) on things that were actually necessary for my car at that time. They were also very kind and courteous, unlike the service advisor I dealt with at Toyota.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We came in around 8:35 a.m. for a courtesy brake inspection because we had been hearing a squeaking noise. In less than an hour, they had inspected everything and let us know our brakes were in great shape. They explained that if the noise continued to bother us, we could replace the brake pads and rotors, but they made it clear that it was completely our choice. I really appreciated their honesty and the fact that there was absolutely no pressure to buy something we didn’t need. They were friendly, efficient, and respectful of our time. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s upfront and trustworthy. We’ll definitely be coming back for any future service needs!

I had a great experience here - my old car gave them a pretty hard time but they worked over the weekend to accommodate me. I would recommend to any other women taking their car in. Very respectful and kind! Just be careful when talking with the older man- Mark. He was quite rude and sassy after I pointed out a charge that he told me over the phone would be waived…they still waived it so no real complaints!

They took the time to clearly explain the issue with my car, gave me a fair and transparent estimate, and completed the work efficiently.
