I came here based on a strong recommendation from my longtime German-car mechanic. I have no reason to doubt the shop’s technical reputation, and that reputation is the reason I’m giving two stars. My review is strictly about my experience during an in-person consultation. I was considering two options for my 2016 Audi Q5: installing a Mr12Volt CarPlay module that I would provide, or upgrading to a larger 12-inch screen. To their credit, the owner offered me a very competitive price to install the Mr12Volt unit, substantially below other quotes I received. The problem arose when I asked about the larger-screen options they recommended. A staff member initially printed information on some products, but I was ultimately told I could not have the printout or even the specific brand and model information because they needed to protect their markup and did not want customers taking their recommendations and shopping elsewhere. I was also told they would first need to partially disassemble my car before determining exactly what equipment to order. First and last time coming here. I brought my husband's car in last Friday, and paid $145 upfront for what was supposed to be a quick diagnostic on the touchscreen radio. A full week has gone by, and I still don't have the radio back. The worst part is the complete lack of communication. Not once did they call me with an update—I’ve had to chase them down every time. When I do call, I just get excuses blaming FedEx for shipping delays. A part ordered on Monday should not take a whole week to arrive, and a nearly $500 total repair shouldn't come with zero deadlines, zero proactive updates, and complete disregard for the customer's time. If you value good customer service and reliable timelines, I'd skip this place.

“International Audio & Radios is hands down the best shop around. I brought my car in for a new camera install, and they knocked it out perfectly. Their work is clean, the quality is top-notch, and they really know their stuff. They’re pros at diagnosing issues too. Super friendly, honest, and they always do it right the first time. Six years ago, I had my windows tinted here, and I still haven't had a single issue. The work was surgical—they cut into the car without leaving a trace. ​I recently returned to have LEDs installed. While I could have done it myself, sometimes it’s easier to have a professional handle it to ensure everything is perfect and catch any potential issues. I’ll see how they look tonight when I start driving!
