During a routine service, my dealership remarked “front sway bar link torn” and recommended replacement. Also, an alignment. After some research, I found Irvine Auto Repair who had high ratings and was respected for honesty and integrity. I called and spoke with Michael who offered to confirm the replacement was needed. I was relieved to hear it was not and scheduled the alignment with him. The service was exceptional and the process easy. Irvine Auto Repair is definitely my new go to. Thank you, Michael.

Michael and the team are exceptional. They perform high-quality work while providing clear, honest, and thorough communication throughout the entire repair process. They took the time to explain every detail of the diagnostics, what they found, and what repairs were actually needed. What impressed me most was their integrity. They didn’t just replace parts—they thoroughly diagnosed my vehicle and documented their findings. Their detailed inspection and documentation ultimately helped me prove that a previous repair performed by another shop had not been completed properly. Because of their professionalism and accurate diagnosis, I was able to successfully resolve a credit card dispute involving the prior repair. I had a great experience here. Michael at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional. As someone who isn't a native English speaker, I truly appreciated his patience and clear communication. He was honest, transparent about the options, and made sure I was well taken care of. It’s rare to find such trustworthy service. Highly recommend asking for Michael! Thank you Michael💕🙏 However, it's really expensive.
