i found J&C Tires & Service through Yelp after noticing my tire was losing air. when i took my car in to get checked the staff let me know i had a nail in my tire and they could patch it. they patched it just fine. they let me know that i needed new tires since the tread was pretty worn on my current tires. a month later i took my car in to have the tires replaced and an alignment. my steering wheel was slightly pulling to one side so i let the mechanic and Cleo know my concern. they suggested the alignment would fix the issue. additionally while servicing my vehicle they let me know that i would need a new brake pad on one of my brakes. i agreed to go ahead and have it fixed since i had been hearing my car screech when i would brake. after all the service, Cleo was charging me well over $900. I asked if we could negotiate some of the price and he agreed, not much but it was something. Cleo also agreed to throw in 2 free oil changes which i really appreciated. their card reader charges a fee, so Cleo suggested i pay through zelle to avoid the fee which i did. unfortunately, after leaving the shop i noticed my wheel was still leaning one way and the brakes continued to screech. life

I've been there a couple times now and both times have been a great experience. Prices are very fair and the workers know what they are doing. Most importantly they actually use a torque wrench and don't over tighten your lug nuts with an impact. You don't see that too often these days especially at tire shops. I would highly recommend them.

We bring all of our vehicles here for tire and oil changes. Their work ethic is exceptional. One time, I suspected a leak in my tire; they took it off and did a thorough check, dipping it in liquid to confirm it was still in good shape so I could leave with peace of mind knowing I was safe. They didn't even charge me for their time! They are such kind people. On another occasion, they patched a hole in a different tire, and I’ve never had a problem since. We also bring our large van here for service. They are professional and gave us the best price on heavy-duty Hankook Dynapro AT2 Extreme tires. I will definitely keep coming back because they are trustworthy and patient.

I had an amazing experience at J&C Tires. Cleo did a fantastic job on my car's alignment. The service was quick, professional, and my car is driving so much smoother now. Highly recommend them for any tire or alignment needs! Great customer service all around. Thanks, Cleo and J&C Tires!
