I purchased a four-wheel alignment service with The Tire Center in Santa Ana through Groupon and scheduled an appointment with Them. When I arrived at the shop, the owner informed me that there would be an additional $80 charge because my vehicle is electric. I showed him the Groupon advertisement, which clearly did not mention any additional charge for electric vehicles. He acknowledged that the extra $80 fee was not disclosed in the Groupon advertisement, but he still insisted that I pay it. I explained that I considered this misleading advertising. I had purchased the service based on the advertised price, scheduled an appointment, and drove all the way to the shop, only to be told upon arrival that I had to pay an additional $80. The owner refused to perform the alignment unless I paid the additional fee, so I decided to leave. At that point, I also no longer felt comfortable having my vehicle serviced there. If the business was willing to impose an undisclosed charge after I had already arrived, I had concerns about whether I could trust them to perform the service properly. Carlos took his time with my concerns about my car. I had gotten it repaired and the pricing is very fair and affordable. What I love about this place is that they care for their customers and will not give any B.S. I will be coming back here whenever I have any car trouble. Their mechanics are very professional and they had repaired my car without any issues. Very friendly, professional, and amazing service. Highly recommend this place. They also have great deals on tires as well! Especially the mechanic named Jacob, he did an wonderful job and he pointed out a bad part inside and fixed it for me no charge!

Amazing experience at this shop! They got my car taken care of so quickly without sacrificing quality. This place is amazing! They took me in and fixed a bigger issue with my tire than I thought. Reasonable price and I have so much gratitude. I don’t know what I would have done, had they not helped me. It was assistant manager and amazing employee, I didn’t catch his name but he deserves huge recognition, Thank you! Will be my place now for our 3 cars. Hugely recommend them. Very awesome professional staff.
