The tech approach me, and I asked, how much a oil change would cost? The tech didn't know the pricing of the oil change. The tech then quoted me a price of $80 for a synthetic blend oil Change on a 2011 Toyota Sienna, 4 cylinder i asked for the high mileage oil, but I was told they did not have any. I then presented the tech with the twenty six dollar off coupon for the oil change and was told that the coupon is not valid for, synthetic blend oil change. The tech then told me that that coupon must be expired, or I was the only one in the world that got that coupon. Because on the coupon, said it was good for synthetic blend. Jiffy lube brag's about their 15 minute old change. He took twice that amount of time. The two texts were very inexperienced and the manager had to go in behind them to fix any problems. They created. The tech charge me a $116 for an old change. I was quoted $80 for. Minus the $26 from the coupon that they told me didn't exist. I feel that Jiffy was not the only one getting lubbed on this job.

Came in to get my oil changed. I stayed in the car. It took about 15 mins. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They ran a test on the health of my battery to let me know how efficient it is. Very satisfied!

Stopped by for a quick oil change. There was no other customers so I thought it would be quick. First, I had to sit there for at least 5 mins waiting to be greeted and told which bay to pull into. There was nobody in the shop that I could see. After about 5 mins 3 employees came out from inside the lobby. They took my information and told me to go wait inside the lobby. I was confused because while I was sitting there waiting and reading all the signs, I was led to believe that I would wait in my vehicle. Not a huge deal, but one of the other signs said we cleaned the windows and vacuum. After about 15 minutes, they came and got me from the lobby and said that my vehicle is ready. I assume the oil was changed properly, but they did not vacuum or did they clean the windows which needed it very badly. I understand things like that overlooked when the place is busy, but since I was the only person there I expected a little bit more from them. At $116 for an oil change, I expect the employees to go above and beyond other oil change locations. I guess it’s back to Valvoline for me.

Had to have headlights replaced. The young men at this location were great. Took time to explain all that was needed to do in order to replace the bulb If you need great service this is the place to go

I went to this establishment because they were (after calling numerous places) the only business that could do an engine flush on my brand of car. The technician was very respectful and even found me a better coupon than that a one I planned on using! Overall, I was very pleased by the level of service I received.I would absolutely go back.
