i’ve actually worked at valvoline before and I understand how the process is supposed to work and this store has it down to the Tee! The service was so exceptional. The manager was so knowledgeable and the team members worked diligently and efficiently to get my car serviced. I got an oil change both my wipers replaced and a lightbulb fix all under 15 minutes. I want anyone reading this review to understand that I worked on cars before I’ve done oil changes for this store to be operating as exceptional as they are. It takes a lot of work and it should be awarded more customers for that don’t be scared to show up here. They will definitely take care of you.

This visit was probably the quickest and easiest, as well as most educational visit I’ve ever had an oil change. The staff was super kind, the two men who were helping up top by the car were super nice and explained all areas of the oil change and the portions of my vehicle that needed attendance to. It was a little bit more pricey than what I typically experience, but I guess that makes up for the quickness within the oil change itself. I highly recommend this location as well due to convenience, but also to the men who are doing their job in such a helpful and thorough way. Also, I enjoyed this visit, I usually don’t get respectful service from men as a female, getting an oil change, So that’s another plus!

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 I highly recommend this place. Davina (Manager) & "Q" (Mechanic/ Technician) were so professional, and their customer service is second to none They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We were completely done within 13-15 minutes, so this made for an outstanding experience from start to finish, and a couple of upsell services were mentioned but Davina was never aggressive. Everything that was being done to the car was explained step by step. We will definitely be back. In this day and age where no one wants to offer a little bit of customer service this place went over and beyond.

This location is truly amazing, they go above and beyond. You can really tell they care about their customers. Davina, the manager, is awesome! She’s so friendly and welcoming & she really knows her stuff. I highly recommend this location over any other place, they took great care of me and my vehicle! It’s running so smoothly and I will be happily returning to this location & recommending it to my friends and family. Thank you guys so much for your great customer service and care for me & my vehicle!

Went had OPI change and received the best service ever... Staff very friendly and helpful.Asst Mgr Sonny was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my concerns and advised to the importance of upkeep and maintenance on my vehicle. I understand this location new recently opened and I must say All in the area or out of ur neighborhood area it's worth the drive to have excellent service
