Danny is the best. They were honest and fast as a walk in for an oil change. They also have warranties on some of their work. Decently priced and great customer services

I went in today for an oil change but they were also very helpful pointing out anything else my car needed. Danny explained what other things needed to be serviced (like my coolant and brake fluid being overdue) and even gave me possible options if I couldn’t afford things at the moment. Overall I had a very positive experience and didn’t feel taken advantage of.

So I’ve been here twice Santa Monica location off pico. I wish I would’ve gotten the workers name that checked me out both times I’ve been there, SUPER NICE. Great customer service 💯 so Thursday I went and a guy was in training, the trainer was very Professional and his training skills was awesome. The Trainee did an Awesome job and followed instructions. One other worker helped him, but he was so unprofessional. The new guy was trying to close my hood and the guy that seemed to me , showing out. He took over at closing my hood, and slammed it so hard. It seemed like he was trying to show the training the wrong customer service. The new guy has a Nose ring. That’s the only way I can describe him. I wish I would have looked at name tags. Because the one other guy does not have great customer skills. Next time I go, I will look at name tags and from the way he dealt with customers and their cars. Hopefully, he’s not there anymore. Everyone else was GREAT! I will get this unprofessional workers name next time I Go get serviced. This Jiffy Lube is a great place, and I would hate for one bad apple to ruin my visit. Esteban and his team are knowledgeable! I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube in Santa Monica! They were fast, convenient, and very great at explaining everything. They offer fantastic prices and their service is incredibly reliable. A huge thank you to their expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're a young woman trying to figure out where to go for a quick oil service: stay away from this location. The classic hallmarks of a scam are 1) a contrived sense of urgency, and 2) the "threat of consequences" – which pressures individuals into forking over money when they otherwise wouldn't. And unfortunately, this Jiffy Lube is apparently pretty familiar with that strategy. A few weeks ago, I recommended my sister run to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change as I've never had any issues with the company at its other locations. She is a younger, new driver and I guess looked like dollar signs to the employees. According to her, the oil service went fine and she also asked for the free brake inspection, which is where the issue arose. When the guy came back after the brake inspection, he told her: "your back brakes are extremely worn out" (whatever that means) and it'll cost her $500 to fix. Already, this seems pricy for a brake pad replacement but whatever. Red flags began when he would not specify what the issue is, whether it's the brake pads, the rotors, or both. He then goes on to tell her that – in their current condition – she wouldn't even be able to do her planned tr
