Joe’s forward-thinking approach to serving LA County residents is something I really appreciate. His drive-thru smog service is such a genius idea. It makes getting a smog check quick, easy, and convenient without all the usual hassle. Joe was genuinely friendly, and you can tell he really cares about what he does and the people he serves. It’s great seeing someone come up with a better, more convenient, and affordable way of doing something we all have to deal with. Definitely recommend Joe and his drive-thru smog service. Great guy, great service, great price, and honestly just a great idea! 10/10

I'm sure it's great place... once you're done waiting in the hour-long line on the side of the street. Puhleeze. After 10-minutes of the line not moving I went down the street to a smog place (Crown - NH) where, GASP... i had to get out of the car! But no wait and I was done in 15-minutes. For cheaper. $50. Everyone waiting... my guess is you wait in an hour-long pizza line on March 14 just to get a pizza for $3.14. 🤣 Jk. "Stay in your car" is a great gimmick but my time is more valuable than that.

I love this place. Joe somehow makes me look forward to my smog check 😂 Just the easiest process and the chillest vibes in the most unlikely place. (Forgive how dirty my windshield is in the photo)

Absolutely spectacular service. Often it feels like you have to pick between efficiency OR kindness in this city, Joe sets a standard of quick and easy service with a genuine smile and good spirits. Getting anything done on my car annoys me to no end, but I left this place within minutes and felt like I met a nice person in the process!

I’ve been going to Joe’s Smog Check for years—and it’s consistently fantastic. It’s a true drive-thru smog check, so you stay in your car and you’re in and out in about 10 minutes. The owner is one of the nicest people you’ll meet—friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. Everything is well organized, and the whole process feels easy and stress-free. My dad goes here too, which says a lot! Speedy, reliable, and genuinely kind service—10 stars.
