Jack was the sweetest man that helped me out with my smog check. We had a nice little chat while he ran my smog check and I was in and out in about 5 minutes!

So I have had these guys do smog check and replace spark plugs in the past, so thought I’d swing by today to try and get some headlights replaced as my particular car model requires some small disassembly. The older gentleman didn’t even greet me, say hello, or ask what I needed. He just stared at me as I came into the office. So I awkwardly explained what I needed without being asked and he brushed it off and almost laughed in my face and said he wasn’t getting to it today because of his short staff and bad knee. I get things happen, but there’s a way to explain your circumstances and to greet your customers, especially repeat ones. And this wasn’t it at all. He’s had some younger staff in the past greeting the customers before he does, this was my first time seeing him first - which I recommend going back to because if those are your customer service skills my guy, I don’t see how you’re still in business. Safe to say you guys lost a customer today ✌🏽

I NEVER write bad reviews, but this place deserves one. One of my cars had an exhaust leak, near the exhaust manifold. I have plenty of experience working on my own cars but I recently moved and don't have my tools with me, so it's difficult to check things without a jack etc. This shop is right up the street from me and I figured why not stop by and get a quote on diagnosis to find exactly where the leak is at. Car had no check engine light, but there was an audible noise above 2500 rpm that sounded like an exhaust leak to me, also reduced acceleration. I came around 3pm and he was closing shop, said to come back another day but before I left, I asked if he could do me one favor. I didn't ask to look in the engine bay, or under the car. I asked if he could just stand there and listen to the noise when I rev it, and tell me what he thought just so I can get a second opinion. He said okay and instantly asked why am I treating my car like that when I gave it a little rev (engine was warm). I said because you can't hear the noise at idle? He said if it was an exhaust leak you would hear it no matter what. I said, "even if it's a small leak?" He said YES. I was shocked, I was so cert

Jack and his son are very honest awesome mechanics! I brought my car here after a different shop wanted to replace my shock absorbers (my car is driving fine). To which Jack responded, “all you need is an oil change! They’re trying to take your money!”
