I was in town for Disneyland with my wife and son. My check engine light came on and my car's transmission starting slipping. I was able to make it over and Muhammad, the owner treated us like family. Straight to offering cold water bottles and hot coffee. I was astonished to fine a truly honest mechanic. We were still able to make it to the park while I left my vehicle with him. He already knew off the bat what the problem was and fixed my car before closing time. He even had his daughter (so kind just like her father) pick us up with my vehicle. He showed me all the old parts needed swapped out. He uses all OEM parts and now my vehicle runs like a champ. I highly recommend this place any automotive needs. You will quickly become friends with Muhammad and leave like you're a part of his family! Thanks again Muhammad for everything. You saved our vacation and not many people are available to do that.

I had a great experience at John’s Auto Repair Shop. After going to a dealership where they were extremely crowded, didn’t really listen to my concerns, and quoted me a very expensive price, I decided to come here instead. Mohammad, the owner, helped me right away. He took the time to inspect my car and discovered that my battery was in terrible condition. it had actually started to swell and was close to exploding. He replaced it, explained everything clearly, and charged a much more reasonable price than the dealership.

The service here goes above and beyond. Muhammad (I hope I spelled it right) is so down to earth and the most honest mechanic I have ever brought any of my vehicles to. Fantastic work every single time I go. Free coffee and water with 5 star service. Will be taking all my vehicles here to Johns Auto Repair where I can trust the work being put into my vehicles, and not to the dealership where the work is shotty. Muhammad did my brakes and rotors for a fraction of the price Toyota quoted me.

My first time here and what an amazing experience! I had an emergency this morning with my starter and was referred to him by AAA and he was able to fit me right in. Continued to keep me hydrated on this hot day. Did not oversell and was very honest and transparent about my car needs. I also learned that he has been a staple in Anaheim for years and has continued to be a trusted mechanic. “I want to treat you like I would all of my family”

Glad to find this location. Google other sites and no availability to bring car in, on a emergency basis. Called up on Friday morning and ask needed brakes checked. Responde to bring it in they'll take a look at it. Was so happy to hear that especially on a Friday when everyone else is busy. They make me feel welcome upon arrival John offered coffee and water. He invited me to the work area to see what needed to be worked on and replace. That's something no one else has done before. Made me feel comfortable at letting him do the work that needed to be done. Also ran in to one of his regular clients' in the waiting area. She told me she's been with him for over 20yrs. That made me even more at ease that made the right choice coming there. Thanks John's Auto Repair, you gained a new customer more!
