The experience was great. I was the problem. I was undecided as to the wheel I wanted, the offset, the tires…but the FIT HAD TO BE PERFECT! I worked directly with JR who was patient, provided great feedback and answered numerous calls/texts with questions I had. His team did a great job on my truck. It looks and runs great!

First time in for service of any kind. I asked for performance Lowering Springs and shocks, as well as ceramic tint all the way around on my 16 Honda odyssey… The H&R springs and KYB shocks feel fantastic! I’m beyond pleased with the service and product. Thank you! I might be back for a wheel and tire combo next.

I had an excellent experience with JR at JR’s wheels and tires. After getting a great price for full installation of new tires, and a great quote for new shocks AND struts that was 1/3 the price of other shops, I desises to do ALL their recommended service items This was a great decision. New ball joints and suspension components all for less than quoted prices for struts in other places! I also asked them to install vapor canister. I was had components for my transmission shifter cable as well and they installed that as well. There was a slight problem with the installation of the cable and JR let me use his personal vehicle for two days while they fixed it. I couldn’t have asked for better pricing and customer service. Communication was the key. I did have a good idea of what I wanted. JR helped me get all the things I NEEDED in the best way possible. I highly recommend this shop. As well as knowing what parts you need and getting quotes from other places. Communicate what you found, and they will help you navigate through it.

Our TPS light came on and I called to see if they were open and available to diagnose if it was a sensor issue or just a punctured tire. The women that answered reassured us we can come in and they'd help. Sure enough it was a small nail. They quickly removed the nail and patched it up. Quick and affordable service.

I brought my 2021 Mustang GT here for an alignment after getting it lowered on coilovers. I told them exactly what was wrong — the steering wheel was crooked and the camber was way off. I dropped the car off expecting it to be fixed after paying for a proper alignment. Three hours later, I picked it up and immediately noticed nothing had changed. The steering wheel was still crooked, the camber was still bad, and the ride height was still uneven — basically the exact same as when I brought it in. I went back the next day and spoke directly with JR. I told him what happened, and he said something like, “The mechanics couldn’t adjust the camber anymore; there’s no room left to work with.” He also blamed the coilover install, saying they were “left uneven.” But the truth is, they clearly didn’t even touch the alignment. To be sure, I took my car to another shop the same day — and they proved it. The alignment sheet from JR’s was almost all red, and the one from the new shop right after showed everything fixed. The difference speaks for itself. What really made it worse was the lack of communication. I called JR’s Wheels and Tires afterward, and they told me JR would call me back —
