I had gone to a previous auto shop that was highly rated for some issues with my car— they inspected it and gave me a two-page list on what could be wrong. $600 later, they had “fixed” the problem, only to have the same issue I took it in for reoccur within hours. I took it here to JT’s and got a comprehensive answer— a few hours later, problem solved. Hasn’t happened since. Highly recommend, and they’re friendly!

Came in for an oil change and had an appointment at 3 pm. Took 40 minutes just to get help after arriving at 2:50. The process took over 3 hours which seemed excessive given that it wasn’t a walk-in service. All in all, the Groupon that I had was the only thing that made it worth it. Wouldn’t go back otherwise.

I went for an oil change and the wait was a little long but that’s life. The owner is friendly and fair. Boy does he love his wife! It was really nice to hear a man talk so nicely about his wife and kids. I didn’t feel like I would get ripped off. There were a couple of things wrong with my car but no hard sell to get it done. I felt comfortable and will definitively go back. I’ve already recommended hin to some friends. Thank you

I have often used JT's Automotive for my oil changes. Not only is Joe is a very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic, but when I've had questions/concerns about my vehicle, he's taken the time to address those concerns, in a simple yet detailed manner. I will definitely continue to give Joe my business 🙂
