If you have an issue with your car and looking to repair there, I definitely do not recommend, it would worsen. I had an issue with my car in mid October 2025, I had to replace my Rack & pinion, and 2 hoses related to the steering wheel that they made me finance for absolute nothing. This week my car broke down in the middle of the road to find out later on that the issue I was having is the same thing as before and this time, it worsened it burnt my pump costing me mad money to repair again. The service I had over there was bad to the point that i didn’t even want to bring my car over there again for readjustments, on top of that it took them 2 weeks to have my car back. I wonder if that technician on my car knew his ways into mechanics because the feedback I had from the recent auto repair mechanic is shocking, not only by the work that has been done but by the fact that he didn’t even do alignment afterwards, I had my steering wheel bent to the left for a moment due to that. This was really a bad experience.

STAY ...AWAY... FROM HERE!!!! Nothing against Kwik Kar in general, but THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST... primarily the MANAGEMENT. AVOID them at all cost to save yourself money and headaches. Worst auto shop experience I've had in my life by a mile. I was robbed of $900 from them because they thought they knew what the issue was with my car and were dead wrong. Instead of making it right by at least addressing the actual issue with the car, they instead gave me a quote for another $600 for parts and labor on something entirely different that I know for a fact is not related to the issue the car is having!!! Unbelievable. At least have the dignity to identify and fix the actual issue and charge only for parts (without quoting me with their standard 70% markup on the costs of parts, which is where the managers commissions come from). If I had used them I would have given them $1,500 for NOTHING. It's quite clear the manager only cares about his commissions on their sales and not the customers at all. I'm sure it's fine to get an oil change here, but DO NOT GO TO THIS KWIK KAR FOR ANY AUTO WORK! TLDR; Avoid this Kwik Kar location for any auto work! You're welcome.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your service center. I came in for an oil change and ended up having some additional work done. I had some concerns regarding warranty work related to the repairs, but after discussing my issues with the manager, Alex, I was impressed by how professionally he handled everything. His commitment to great customer service truly made a difference, and it reassured me that I made the right choice in coming to your service center. I will definitely be returning for future services. Thank you for providing such a positive experience!

I looked on their website and saw they had a coupon for a free diagnostic. I downloaded and took it there. The guy at the front desk said he wasn't honoring it...BUT what he did amazed me. He looked up their feedback on their site and told me if I give them 5 stars and a good comment he would give me 10% off. I reiterated that I had a free coupon and he said that's all he can do. I gave 5 stars and a good comment...he took 10% off diagnostic. Soon as I paid I deleted the feedback. Never going there again.

I had such a wonderful experience at Qwik Car! Ronald and Alex were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind.
