What was supposed be a routine Water pump removal and replacement turned out to be a 3 month Fiasco. Lito ruined my car beyond comprehension. He kept lying to me about it, constantly lying, about what he had done to repair the vehicle the last three times I took it back. I picked it up one of the days he said it was ready and it broke down on the freeway entrance to the 101. I had to have it towed back to Lito's and he claimed he'd had nothing to with what had broken down, turns out it was the timing chain that was installed incorrectly. Fine I pick it up and this time I'm on the freeway and it starts to breakdown all over again, the same way it had the first time. As you can imagine I'm freaking out because of how dangerously close i came to crashing . I had it towed back this last time to Lito's only to find out he's on vacation and my car has been sitting there, meanwhile i have no car for work. This guy has made my life impossible the moment I let him touch the engine. I'm having it towed to another mechanic named Erinies in Camarillo, I'll let you know how it goes . I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS USELESS MECHANIC LITO. I ended up towing the car

Reasonably priced and honest mechanic that gets the job done. You won't have to get a loan to pay your bill. Another mechanic told me I needed new shocks at a very high price. I took my car here and Chris showed me where the other guy just sprayed stuff on my shocks to make it look like I needed new shocks. Except the other guy sprayed higher than where shocks leak. I bring all my cars here now. Chris didn't charge me for raising my car to inspect those items the other dishonest mechanic said I needed.

I've been a customer of Lito's auto repair on numerous occasions and I am very pleased with the Quality Customer Service his Team provides. On each occasion, I am warmly greeted, I don't wait long for the estimate, his team goes right to work, they road test the vehicle, and the Quality of the work is outstanding at a very fair price. I will end where I started, The reason Lito owns a successful Quality auto maintenance facility is because of his teams Quality Customer Service, and I wish other businesses in our community would take heed.
