I had a last-minute pre-purchase vehicle inspection that needed to be done quickly, and this shop went above and beyond to help me. They stayed open late to fit me into their schedule and performed an extremely thorough inspection of the vehicle. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain their findings and provided me with a detailed printed inspection report, which gave me confidence in making an informed decision. It's rare to find a shop that combines great customer service with such attention to detail. I truly appreciate their willingness to accommodate me on short notice and the quality of the work they performed. I brought my car to M-Pro after I was rear-ended in a no-fault accident. I found them on Google and I couldn’t have found a better, more reliable shop. First of all, I can’t stop looking at my car - it was damaged before the accident, which they also helped me fix, and my car looks brand new. Secondly, the person who rear-ended me had a smaller insurance company who really fought me nickel and dime on how much they were willing to pay for my repairs and number of days of rental car reimbursement. Both times M-Pro helped me through the process, were very responsive, and even emailed the insurance company on my behalf. They were able to get the insurance company to agree to cover more of the costs than I could have myself. Getting into an accident is stressful and M-Pro was the most trustworthy partner I could have asked for throughout the repair process. I’ve attached the before and after - you can’t even tell where I was hit. They told me they also do maintenance and I will absolutely be coming to them for all my maintenance needs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop.

I had a great experience here! The team did an excellent job fixing my car — everything was handled professionally and efficiently. What really stood out was the owner Max friendly and patient. He took the time to explain the issue in detail and even taught me a lot about what was going on with my car, which I really appreciated. Honest service, great communication, and high-quality work. I got my car repaired here. The owner gave me a very reasonable price. They fixed it within 2-3 hours. The owner is really nice and honest. The work done was very detailed and because I didn’t replace the front bumper, they were able to clean the surface and make it look almost perfect as before. I saved money and is satisfied with the result.

I truly appreciate Max and his team. As he promised, they treated my car as if it were their own. I was really frustrated at first—I went to five different body shops, and none of them had the patience to explain why my vehicle was malfunctioning after the accident. Having in-house mechanics on staff is a huge plus. My X5 was restored to like-new condition, and the paint match is flawless—you’d never know it was in an accident. Thank you so much to everyone!
