Good customer services I only pay 55 dollars it took me only 25 minutes i highly recommend this place I did get a quote in other place close by they were charging me 90 dollars and he wants me to leave my car for two hours is crazy but i found this place in las tunas very satisfied

Scammed and sold me an overpriced $80 used second hand tire that blew up on the 10 freeway going to the grove for an important schedule or important for my work that was rly dangerous and could have died on the freeway not knowing the really loud clicking sound was because the used tire blew up and that tire was splashing around and broke my bumper and fender which I had to replace for like over $1000 that could have been avoided if they let me know to never use used tire only use new tire that’s only $100 each which can last at least 5 years unlike used they didn’t even tell me how long it would last cus it was my first time changing tire I thought they put a timer in the tire or something it blew up like a timed bomb and this $80 used tire only last me a few months before it blew up on the freeway and they did not compensate me for that $1000 at all took no responsibility for what their tire harassment bullying discrimination scam misinformation caused me eww never going back there ever again they even scammed a fake labubu out of me the wife of the owner there hazed me in front of other customer out of jealous or something like that I felt uncomfortable and bullied by them so ju

I’ve been going to Richard for many many years. I got me a Honda which the dealership is now saying I need the liquids changed. When taking it to Richard and telling him what they said not only did he say no I didn’t need that right now he even showed me how clean the liquids of the car looked. Dealership trying to charge me $1500 ha anything to get money but not Richard VERY HONEST and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place unless you like people taking your money 😳

It’s a family business and all are very nice polite and they know the work very well. Carol and Richard are very helpful and nice I will recommend this place they told me what is good although they can overcharge but they didn’t lie to me like all do.

I feel completely deceived by this repair shop. My car was perfectly fine before — no problems at all with the engine or anything else. My friend suggested I change my car’s oil at this shop since it’s close to where I live, so I decided to do it there. Everything seemed fine at first, but a few hours later, the oil warning light came on with a message saying “Turn off the engine and check oil level.” So I went back to the shop, and the worker said, “We added too little oil, but it’s been fixed now — it’s safe.” I trusted them. But the next day, the oil light came on again. I went back and forth four times to get it fixed, and eventually one of the cylinders got damaged — my engine started shaking and releasing smoke! When I complained, they said, “It’s not our fault; we followed the proper procedure.” But if they really followed the proper procedure, why did the oil warning keep coming on? Then they said, “Tow your car back to us and we’ll check it for free.” So I paid $300 for towing to bring my car back to them. Without even checking it, they immediately said, “You need to take this to an Audi dealer — we don’t have Audi parts. One of your cylinders is damaged, and this has n
