I took my truck Master Automotive in San Bernardino CA to diagnose an engine problem in my 2004 dodge dakota. I was told the engine needed to be rebuilt, it would cost about $4000 which includee a 3 year unlimited milage warranty, about 2 weeks after i dropped it off i recieved a call telling me it would cost 3000 more the the original estimate now Almost $72000 i reluctantly agreed, it took almost 6 weeks to complete the work When i finally picked it up, it seemed to be fine. It lasted less 1500 miles before the problems started. The engine started making noise in the top end i towed it back to them middle of February. They've had it for more than 3 months. I've almost 60 phone calls to them during the last three months to incuire about the progress with the same result, it was always i will call you back in an hour, of course They never did call back or they would say it will be ready to pick up tuesday then Thursday then Saturday this went on for several months. I was told on 4 different occasions it was done and was ready to pick up each time weeks apart, i live 40 miles round trip away. My 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE got an engine rebuild by these guys. during the process they were willing to work a payment plan out that was reasonable. Everything worked out smoothly, and I even got my car back the week after. They work to your pay speed and that's something a lot of shops don't do. After breaking in the motor my car now runs like a beauty.

I spent $6000 on engine rebuild I didn’t even drive it over 500 miles. The truck start overheating I will never come back to the shop. If you are going to take your car there, you better think it twice you better put the money in the trash. They are a bunch of liars plus they overcharge.
