Flawless service. From the point of drop-off to the time of pick up. Bryce was my point of contact and he walked me through the entire process step-by-step with clarity. He was transparent about the diagnosis of the transmission told me what was wrong and what was getting done to fix it, there were no surprises. I would absolutely encourage anyone to come see them for any other car troubles.

I was referred to Miramar Transmission by Babak at Miramar Repair Center for a DPS6 dual-clutch transmission issue on my Ford Focus, and I’m really glad I brought my car here. Out of about six shops I contacted, they were the only ones who took the job with no hesitation and promised a two-day turnaround. For context, the car had already been sitting at another shop for a week without being worked on because this is not an easy job. Frank simply said no worries, bring it over here, give me two days, and they brought the car back to life. Dyllan was an excellent service advisor. Professional, responsive, and clear throughout the entire process. He explained the work, kept me updated, and the shop stuck to the parts, pricing, and timeline they promised. Frank and his team are clearly experts. The shop is clean, organized, and professional, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. They repaired the transmission and handled several other needed repairs, and my car now feels like new even at 116,000 miles. As a small business owner, I know how critical it is to get the job done right the first time - especially when it comes to keeping a work vehicle on the road. Bryce and the team at Miramar Transmission really delivered. I initially brought in my 2020 Ford Transit Connect (a model known for having transmission issues.. sigh) for a rebuild on my work van. Not only was the turnaround time impressive, but the quality of the work gave me the confidence to trust them again when one of my personal vehicles needed a transmission rebuild as well. Bryce and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they made sure I understood what was needed and the why. It’s not always easy to find a shop that combines both technical expertise WITH great customer service and communication, but they consistently nail it. The parking lot isn’t the easiest to navigate, but they plan to move locally which will make the overall experience even better. Five stars all the way! Frank and his team helped me out on my 2018 Range Rover Velar. It seemed my vehicle had a faulty transmission because it was a ware case for mine. It had so much damage that it ruined my cooling system. Long story short, Frank said it was best and less expensive to purchased a used transmission which he also mentioned… was a ware case. They typically rebuild the existing one, but being a Land Rover and them only using OEM parts (best for their warranty)… it would’ve been too expensive to rebuild. They found me a used low mileage transmission which they still said that they would warranty it for two years. My LR is running great again! Also, that same vehicle was involved in a hit and run. My car being parked on the street and was hit oddly directly on my front wheel (no body damage) which was cranked all the way to the curb and broken my axle, blew my tire and other major suspension parts. Luckily my insurance covered it. Being super grateful, I had it towed to MiraMar Transmissions to handle the work. Miramar Transmissions will be my vehicles doctor in the future.
